| Abstract: | ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ และเปรียบเทียบผลการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ ของนิสิตนักศึกษาครุศาสตร์ ศึกษาศาสตร์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย โดยสร้างและใช้แบบประเมินลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ กับนิสิตนักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 809 คน และทดลองรูปแบบการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพกับนักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติบรรยายและสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ ของนิสิตนักศึกษาครูในปัจจุบัน พบว่า ด้านวิชาการของนิสิตนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 และชั้นปีที่ 2 มีลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับด้านเทคนิควิธี พบว่า นิสิตนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 และชั้นปีที่ 2 มีลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนในด้านคุณลักษณะพบว่า นิสิตนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1-4 มีคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรม ด้านความรักและและศรัทธาต่อวิชาชีพครู อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาครูที่ผู้วิจัยนำเสนอ ประกอบด้วย 1) หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ คือ หน่วยพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ 2) ผู้รับผิดชอบคือ คณะกรรมการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ 3) การดำเนินการพัฒนา ได้แก่ การตั้งเป้าหมาย การประเมินสภาพ และวิธีดำเนินงานพัฒนา 4) การประเมินผลการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ สำหรับกิจกรรมพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านเทคนิควิธี และด้านคุณลักษณะ จำนวน 12 กิจกรรม มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ เนื้อหาสาระ ความคิดรวบยอด จุดประสงค์ แนวการจัดกิจกรรม ระยะเวลา สื่อ การวัดและประเมินผล 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนา ลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู จากการทดลองรูปแบบการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ กับนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม ซึ่งกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านเทคนิควิธี และด้านคุณลักษณะ จำนวน 12 กิจกรรม เป็นเวลา 13 วัน รวม 35 ชั่วโมง ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามปกติของมหาวิทยาลัย ผลการทดลองสรุปได้ดังนี้ 3.1 นักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองมีลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านเทคนิควิธี และด้านคุณลักษณะหลังการทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3.2 นักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองมีลักษณะความเป็นครูวิชาชีพ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านเทคนิควิธี และด้านคุณลักษณะหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 |
| Other Abstract: | To study and analyze professional teachers' characteristics, to create a model for developing professional teachers' characteristics of education students of the institutions under the Ministry of University Affairs, and to compare the outcomes of the model. The research has two designs. A descriptive research using the professional teachers' characteristics questionnaire, created by the researcher, with 809 first to fourth year education students. Another was a Quasi-Experimental design involving 60 first year education students of Education Faculty, Silpakorn University. The subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental and the control groups with 30 students in each group. The data were analyzed by the techniques of descriptive and t-test statistics. The research results were as follows: 1. The professional teachers' characteristics of education students are the following : on the academic characteristics, the first and the second year students are at the middle level, while the third and the fourth year are at the high level. For the technical method, the first and the second year students are at the middle level, while the third and the fourth year are at the high level. For characteristics on the personality, moral and attitude areas, all subjects from one to fourth year students are at the high level. 2. The model for developing professional teachers' characteristics of education students, constructed by the researcher, comprises the following: 1) the professional teacher organization, 2) the committee for developing professional teachers' characteristics, 3) the activities which consist of goals, pretests, and activities, and 4) the evaluation of the model. There are altogether 12 activities for developing professional teacher's characteristics. Each activity consists of described content, major concepts, objectives, activities, period of time, media, and evaluation. 3. On the experiment of the model on developing professional teachers' characteristics of education students, the students were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was provided with the 12 activities for 13 days and 35 hours, while the control group had normal activities from the university. The results were as follows : 3.1 The experimental group obtained significant statistically at 0.05 level higher scores on academic, technical method and characteristic than the control group (p<0.05). 3.2 The experimental group's posttest scores on academic, technical method and characteristic were significant statistically at 0.05 level higher than the pretest scores (p<0.05). |
