| Abstract: | ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจขนส่งตู้สินค้าด้วยเรือลำเลียง และเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรค รวมทั้งการปรับปรุงการให้บริการด้วยเรือลำเลียงเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้วิธีออกแบบสอบถามส่งไปยังผู้ส่งออก ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ส่งออกให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านราคา ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพและกระบวนการ ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า ปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัทเรือลำเลียง และปัจจัยด้านเวลา ตามลำดับ ซึ่งสามารถสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยด้านเวลา ได้แก่ เวลาโดยรวมในการขนส่งจากโรงงานไปยังท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง 2) ปัจจัยด้านราคา ได้แก่ ราคาค่าขนส่งโดยรวม 3) ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพและกระบวนการ สามารถเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยย่อยตามลำดับคือ ส่งสินค้าได้ทัน Cut off time ของเรือที่จะทำการส่งออก ณ ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ความถูกต้องและแม่นยำในการทำให้บรรลุงานที่ได้สั่งมา ความเสี่ยงต่อความเสียหายหรือเกิดอุบัติเหตุของตู้สินค้าในการยกขนสองครั้ง ท่าเรือที่เรือลำเลียงจะเข้าเทียบท่า ณ ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ประเภทของบริการที่ครบวงจรเป็น One stop service บริการในด้าน Custom formality การควบคุมความเสียหายในการใช้เรือลำเลียงเพื่อการขนส่งตู้สินค้า ความยืดหยุ่นในการจัดส่ง Shipment เร่งด่วนในการใช้เรือลำเลียงเพื่อการขนส่งตู้สินค้า ความสม่ำเสมอในส่วนของตารางเรือที่ออกจากท่าเรือมาบตาพุด ความถี่ (Frequency) ของตารางเดินเรือลำเลียงที่เหมาะสม และปริมาณของการจัดส่งด้วยเรือลำเลียงต่อเที่ยว 4) ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า สามารถเรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ ความรู้ของบุคลากรในองค์กรในส่วนของงานที่ทำ การจัดการด้านข้อมูลของ Status ของตู้ให้แก่ลูกค้า ความเอาใจใส่ในการตอบคำถามลูกค้า และความสะดวกในการติดต่อบริษัท ความทันสมัยของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ 5) ปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัทเรือลำเลียง สามารถเรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ การชดใช้ค่าเสียหายในกรณีเกิดความเสียหาย ประสบการณ์ในการ Operate เรือลำเลียง ความซื่อสัตย์ของผู้ประกอบการขนส่ง สภาพของเรือลำเลียงที่ดี และเครื่องมือมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานสูง |
| Other Abstract: | To find out the factor which influencing decision making for container transport by barge among shipper. This thesis use questionnaire to launch to shipper to find out the result. There are 5 main subjects which are time, price, operations, customer relationship and company image. The results of factor are price, operations, customer relationship, company image and time accordingly. Further more, the study of sub factor from each main factor are result as follow, under operations factor, the factors can be sort by the container is on time with cut off time at Laemchabang port, the correctness of the order from shipper, the risk of accident for twice time from lift on and lift off, the port in Laemchabang where barge will discharge, one stop service from barge, custom formality service, the control of risk from lost of goods, the flexibility of urgent shipment, the sustention of the vessel schedule table at Maptaput port, the frequency of table of vessel and the capacity per shipment. Under customer relationship factor, the factors can be sort by the skill and know-how from staff in barge service company, the tracing and tracking of container data to shipper, the constant care from staff, the convenience in terms of contact barge company and the advance of software and technology. Under company image factor, the factors can be sort by the payment of insurance (in case of lost of goods), the company experience in terms of operations, the royalty of barge company, the goodness of barge and the high efficiency of equipment. |
