| Abstract: | ศึกษาการเตรียมตัวก่อนการเกษียณอายุราชการ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยส่วนรวม และในแต่ละด้าน คือ ด้านสุขภาพ ด้านการเงิน ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านบทบาทในครอบครัว และด้านการใช้เวลา และเปรียบเทียบการเตรียมตัวก่อนการเกษียณอายุราชการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส จำนวนบุตร วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด ตำแหน่งปัจจุบัน จำนวนปีก่อนการเกษียณอายุราชการ รายได้ต่อเดือน ลักษณะครอบครัว ภาวะสุขภาพ งานอดิเรก และความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการสูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 40-59 ปี จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือคือ แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการสูงอายุ และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมตัวก่อนการเกษียณอายุราชการ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .71 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเตรียมตัวก่อนการเกษียณอายุราชการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีการเตรียมตัวก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนด้านการเงิน ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านบทบาทในครอบครัว และด้านการใช้เวลาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การเตรียมตัวก่อนการเกษียณอายุราชการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยรวมทุกด้านจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าพยาบาลที่มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ มีการเตรียมตัวก่อนเกษียณด้านบทบาทในครอบครัว สูงกว่าพยาบาลที่มีสถานภาพโสด พยาบาลที่มีจำนวนบุตร 2 คน และ 3 คนมีการเตรียมตัวก่อนเกษียณสูงกว่าพยาบาลที่ไม่มีบุตร พยาบาลที่มีเวลา 10 ปีก่อนเกษียณอายุ มีการเตรียมตัวก่อนเกษียณอายุสูงกว่าพยาบาลที่มีเวลา 15 ปีก่อนเกษียณ และพยาบาลที่มีโรคประจำตัวมีการเตรียมตัวก่อนเกษียณ สูงกว่าพยาบาลที่ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | To study the preretirement preparation of professional nurses in hospitals, Regional Medical Centers under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health in all aspects and in the aspect of health maintenance, financial, accommodation, role in the family, and use of leisure time and to compare preretirement preparation of professional nurses classified by personal factors which were, marital status, number of children, educational level, current position, number of years before retirement, income, characteristic of family, health status, hobby and knowledge of aging process. The samples consisted of 285 of professional nurses in hospitals, Regional Medical Centers under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, aged between 40-59 years. The instruments developed by the researcher were tested of knowledge in aging process and preretirement preparation questionnaire which was tested for content validity and the reliability was .71 and .93 respectively. Statistical method used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and Scheffe's method. Major findings were 1. The preretirement preparation of professional nurses in hospitals, Regional Medical Centers under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health in all aspects was at moderate level preretirement preparation was at good level in the aspect of health maintenance, but financial, accommodation, role in the family and use of leisure time were at moderate level. 2. Preretirement preparation of professional nurses as a whole classified by personal factors were not significant difference. But when considered each aspect it was found that the married professional nurses had preretirement preparation higher than single professional nurses professional nurses with two and three children had preretirement preparation higher than those with no children. Professional nurses who had 10 years before retirement had preretirement preparation higher than those who had 15 years before retirement. Professional nurses who had health problem had preretirement preparation higher than those who were healthy and significant difference at the 0.5 level. |
