| Abstract: | ศึกษาบทบาทและกระบวนการที่องค์กรธุรกิจดำเนินงานร่วมกับชาวบ้าน ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาชุมชน และผลของการพัฒนาชุมชนร่วมกันระหว่างชุมชนกับองค์กรธุรกิจตลอดจนปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆ ของการทำกิจกรรมในการพัฒนาร่วมกัน การศึกษาใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร การเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทบาทและกระบวนการของชุมพรคาบาน่า รีสอร์ทในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาชุมชนประกอบด้วยการแสดงความรับผิดชอบขององค์กรธุรกิจต่อสังคมทั้งต่อชุมชน สิ่งแวดล้อม พนักงาน รวมถึงลูกค้าและนักท่องเที่ยว ทำให้ชุมชนและองค์กรธุรกิจมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกัน องค์กรธุรกิจนำหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาเป็นแนวทางส่งเสริมการพัฒนาชุมชน ทำให้เกิดการขยายเครือข่ายและชุมชนเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่จะพึ่งพาตนเอง องค์กรธุรกิจถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ ให้กับชุมชนผ่านศูนย์กิจกรรมธรรมชาติเพลิน ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและอยู่ในพื้นที่ของชุมพรคาบาน่า รีสอร์ท ผลของการพัฒนาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนสะพลีและชุมพรคาบาน่า รีสอร์ท คือ ทำให้ชุมชนเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม ชาวบ้านเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ มีคุณภาพชีวิตดีขึ้น เกิดการรวมกลุ่มเป็นเครือข่ายเพื่อการผลิตทางด้านเกษตรกรรม และเกิดการเรียนรู้ในการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน เช่นเดียวกับองค์กรธุรกิจก็สามารถพึ่งตนเองได้มากขึ้นและเป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในการพัฒนา ในส่วนของชุมชน ชาวบ้านบางส่วนยังขาดความเข้าใจ ความรู้ในสิทธิและหน้าที่ของประชาชนที่มีต่อชุมชนกับการพัฒนา รวมถึงการขาดจิตสำนึกต่อส่วนรวม ทำให้ชาวบ้านไม่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างเต็มที่ ขณะเดียวกันองค์กรธุรกิจก็มีปัญหาในเรื่องของการยอมรับแนวคิดการพัฒนาจากชาวบ้านเช่นกัน ข้อค้นพบที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางและมาตรการที่เหมาะสมในการเพิ่มบทบาทขององค์กรธุรกิจในการพัฒนาชุมชน อาทิเช่น การส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอาชีพที่ยั่งยืนยิ่งขึ้น และการส่งเสริมบทบาทองค์กรธุรกิจในการพัฒนาชุมชนในพื้นที่อื่นโดยเน้นการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาของชุมชนและการนำภูมิปัญญานั้นมาประยุกต์ใช้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ และกำหนดมาตรการต่างๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับแต่ละชุมชน |
| Other Abstract: | Studies the role of business organization in promoting local community development. This thesis shows the consequences of cooperation between the community and the business organization, and reflects problems and obstacles in development process. The research was conducted by using qualitative research method. Data were collected through documentary research, field observation and in-depth interviews with key persons. The result shows that the business organization, in this case "Chumphon Cabana Resort", has shown social responsibilities towards local community, environment, customers, and employees. After the economics crisis, Chumphon Cabana Resort operates its business by applying the principle of self-sufficiency economy. It also supports Saplee community's self-sufficiency development through its demonstrating activities at agri-nature learning center called "Plearn Garden". The outcome of cooperative development makes a significant impact on the local community while the business organization becomes more self-reliant and earns more respect from a larger society. However, there are still problems. Some villagers lack awareness of participatory development and responsibility to the community, and the business orbanization finds it difficult at times to accept development thinking from villagers. This has posed an obstacle to development cooperation between the business organization and the community. This research suggests appropriate ways to increase the role of business organization in community development, like promoting an strengthening community enterprises for a more sustainable economy in local areas. The cooperation between business organization and local community can be repeated in other villages but through diverse forms to suit local socio-economic context. |
