| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมในการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ของผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจำนวน 268 คน และผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาจำนวน 452 คน ซึ่งได้ มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามระดับความสำคัญของพฤติกรรม การปฏิบัติงานเพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสำหรับประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ เชิงยืนยัน ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for windows และ LISREL 8.53 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. องค์ประกอบ สำหรับประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารวิชาการ องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารงบประเมิน องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และองค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารทั่วไป 2. องค์ประกอบสำหรับ ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผุ้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล เชิงประจักษ์ (Chi[superscript 2] = 398.41, df = 434, p = .89, GFI = .95, AGFI = .92, RMR = .014) โดยองค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารวิชาการ องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ องค์ประกอบ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และองค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารทั่วไป เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีความสำคัญ มากทุกองค์ประกอบ เมื่อเรียงลำดับความสำคัญขององค์ประกอบพบว่า องค์ประกอบด้านการ บริหารงานบุคคลเป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุดต่อการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของ ผู้อำนวยการ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา รองลงมาคือ องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารทั่วไป องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารวิชาการ และองค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ตามลำดับ 3. องค์ประกอบสำหรับประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามี ความตรงข้ามกลุ่มของค่าพารามิเตอร์ในเมทริกซ์น้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ และเมทริกซ์ความแปรปรวน-ความแปรปรวนร่วมไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มอื่นที่มาจากกลุ่มประชากรเดียวกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The main purpose of this research was to analyze the appropriate factors for evaluating the performance of the directors of educational service area offices. Samples consisted of 2 groups. The samples were (1) 268 administrators of educational service area offices and (2) 452 directors of school, down by stratiffiled sampling. The instrument was questionnaires about important degrees of performance behavior to analyze factors for evaluating the performance of the directors of educational service area offices. Descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data with SPSS for windows and LISREL 8.53 The major findings were as follows: 1. The factors for evaluating the performance of the directors of the educational service area offices consisted of 4 factors were as: academic management, finance management, human resource management and general management. 2. The factors for evaluating the performance of the directors of educational service area offices was fit to the empirical data (Chi[superscript 2] = 398.41, df = 434, p = .89, GFI = .95, AGFI = .92, RMR = .014). In descending order according to factor loading as: human resource management, general management, academic management and finance management. 3. The factors for evaluating the performance of the directors of educational service area offices was cross validation with factor loading and variance - covariance matrices across othe sample from same population. |
