Abstract:	ในบทความนี้ ข้าพเจ้ากล่าวถึงแนวคิดและข้อโต้แย้งของเพลโตในเรื่องธรรมชาติของผู้หญิงดังที่ปรากฏในบทที่ห้าของ Republic ข้าพเจ้าอภิปรายและวิจารณ์ข้อโต้แย้งดังกล่าวในงานเขียนของซูซาน มอลเลอร์ โอคินจากหนังสือ Women in Western Political Thought ข้าพเจ้าต้องการแสดงให้เห็นว่าโอคินตีความข้อโต้แย้งของเพลโตที่ว่าด้วยเรื่องธรรมชาติของผู้หญิงและผู้ชายผิดพลาด อันทำให้สมมติฐานของข้อสรุปของเธอผิดไปด้วย และทำให้ข้อสรุปของเธอไม่สมเหตุสมผล
Other Abstract:	This article addresses Plato’s argument concerning women’s nature as presented in Book V of the Republic. Discussion and analysis of Susan Moller Okin’s interpretation of Plato’s account of women’s nature intends to show that her interpretation of Plato is inaccurate, and that her claim of Plato’s inconsistency is mistaken because it is based on a false assumption.
