| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา คุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงกับคุณลักษณะที่คาดหวังของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานคณะกรรมการบริหารงานส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครู ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 144 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยได้แก่ครูผู้สอน 186 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 330 คน จาก 66 โรงเรียนในโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ สังกัด สำนักบริหารงานคณะกรรมการบริหารงานส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย หาค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและใช้ค่าสถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครู ทั้ง 10 ด้าน พบว่า คุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงทั้งสองกลุ่มมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ยกเว้น ด้านการตัดสินใจ การแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้ง และการสื่อสาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มผู้บริหารอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและกลุ่มครูอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิจัยเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่คาดหวังของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครูทั้ง 10 ด้าน พบว่า คุณลักษณะที่คาดหวังของทั้งสองกลุ่มมีค่าเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกัน คือ กลุ่มผู้บริหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน และกลุ่มครูมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ยกเว้น ด้านการสื่อสาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการวิจัยเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่คาดหวัง ทั้ง 10 ด้าน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครู พบว่า คุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงอยู่ในระดับที่เป็นจริงมากทุกด้าน และคุณลักษณะที่คาดหวังอยู่ในระดับที่คาดหวังมาก ยกเว้น ด้านการตัดสินใจ การแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้ง และการสื่อสาร อยู่ในระดับที่คาดหวังมากที่สุด เมื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและครู คุณลักษณะที่คาดหวังของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและครู และคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงกับที่คาดหวัง พบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ทุกด้านมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the actual and expected characteristics of school administrators in English Program schools under the office of Private Education Commission, Bangkok Metropolis, as perceived by administrators and teachers. The population consisted of 144 school administrators and a sample of 186 teachers, in total 330 respondents from 66 English Program schools under the Office of Private Education Commission, Bangkok Metropolis. All data were analyzed by using percentage, mean ([x-bar]) and standard deviation (S.D.) and t–test. The research findings revealed that the ten actual characteristics of school administrators as perceived by administrators and teachers were at a high level ([x-bar]= 3.50 – 4.49), whereas the three characteristics : making decisions, resolving conflict and communication, were at the highest level for administrators and at a high level for teachers. For the ten expected characteristics of school administrators, the expected characteristics of school administrators, as perceived by administrators and teachers, were at different levels, except : communication that was at the highest level for both administrators and teachers. Moreover, the findings revealed that the ten actual characteristics of school administrators were all at a high level, whereas three of the expected characteristics : making decisions, resolving conflict and communication, were at the highest level of all. When the administrators’ and the teachers’ views on the actual and expected characteristics of school administrators were compared, the differences on all 10 characteristics were found statistically and significantly different at .05 level. |
