| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1)ศึกษาความต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในบ้านหนังสือของกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมและเนื้อหา ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านการจัดการและสภาพแวดล้อม และด้านการประเมินผล2)เปรียบเทียบความต้องการการกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและกิจกรรมการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย โดยจำแนกตามตัวแปรต่างๆ ดังนี้คือ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ระบบการศึกษา และเขตที่อาศัยอยู่3)เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในบ้านหนังสือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือจำนวน 323 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือวิจัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสถิติ t-test และวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว โดยโปรแกรม SPSS 13.0 for Windows ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือมีความต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในบ้านหนังสือของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยในระดับมาก ([x-bar]=3.80, 3.78 ตามลำดับ) ทั้ง 5 ด้าน 2)ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือที่อายุต่างกันต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนด้านการมีส่วนร่วม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดการและสภาพแวดล้อมและการประเมินผล ส่วนการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยด้านการจัดกิจกรรมและเนื้อหา การมีส่วนร่วม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดการและสภาพแวดล้อมและการประเมินผล ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3) ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือที่ระดับการศึกษาต่างกันต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ส่วนการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการประเมินผลต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 4) ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือที่อาชีพต่างกันต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนด้านการมีส่วนร่วม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดการและสภาพแวดล้อมและการประเมินผล ส่วนการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมและเนื้อหา การมีส่วนร่วม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดการและสภาพแวดล้อมและการประเมินผลต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 5) ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือที่ระบบการศึกษาต่างกันต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยด้านการจัดกิจกรรมและเนื้อหา การมีส่วนร่วม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดการและสภาพแวดล้อมและการประเมินผลต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 6) ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการบ้านหนังสือที่เขตอาศัยอยู่ต่างกันต้องการการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 7) จากผลการวิจัยและการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้จัดกิจกรรมในบ้านหนังสือได้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยของบ้านหนังสือ กรุงเทพมหานครดังนี้ ควรจัดให้เป็นห้องสมุดมีชีวิต มีกิจกรรมเหมาะกับทุกวัย ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับทักษะชีวิต มีบริการอินเทอร์เนต เพิ่มขนาดให้กว้างมากขึ้น เปิดโอกาสให้คนในชุมชนได้เข้าถึงข้อมูลโดยการประชาสัมพันธ์ และได้ประเมินผลทุกครั้ง |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to 1) study the needs in non-formal and informal education activities of the Bangkok community learning centers customers on five aspects of activities organizing and contents, people involvement, public relationship, management and environment and evaluation; 2) compare the needs in non-formal and informal education activities among gender, age, level of graduate, occupation, educational system and living area; 3) propose guidelines for organizing non-formal and informal education activities in Bangkok community learning centers. The research samples were 323 Bangkok community learning centers customers. The questionnaire were used as the research instruments. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean ([x-bar]), standard deviation (SD), t-test and One - way ANOVA . The findings revealed that 1)The customers highly reported that the Bangkok community learning centers customers should organize non-formal education and informal education activities ([x-bar]=3.80, 3.78 in order) 2) there was a significant difference among the needs in non-formal education of customers with different ages at the significant level .05 in participation, public relationship, management and environment and evaluation, and there was a significant difference among the needs in informal education of customers with different ages at the significant level .05 in participation, public relationship, management and environment and evaluation 3) there was a significant difference among the needs in non-formal education of customers with different level of education at the significant level .05 in participation, and there was a significant difference among the needs in informal education of customers with different level of education at the significant level .05 in participation and evaluation 4) There was a significant difference among the needs in non-formal education of customers with different occupations at the significant level .05 in participation, public relationship, management and environment and evaluation, and there was a significant difference among the needs in informal education of customers with different occupations at the significant level .05 in organizing and contents, participation, public relationship, management and environment and evaluation 5) There was a significant difference among the needs in non-formal education and informal education of customers with different education system at the significant level .05 in activities organizing and contents, participation, public relationship, management and environment and evaluation 6) There was a significant difference among the needs in informal education of customers with different living area at the significant level .05 in participation 7) Propose guidelines for organizing non-formal and informal education activities in Bangkok community learning centers were as follow: organizing as lively library, organizing appropriate activities of all ages, providing information related to life skills, providing Internet service, increasing the size and area of Bangkok community learning centers, providing opportunity for community members to access information by public relationship and having evaluation at the end of every activities. |
