| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสำเร็จของโครงงานคุณธรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ “เยาวชนไทย ทำดี ถวายในหลวง” ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ในด้านการได้มาของโครงงาน การดำเนินโครงงาน และผลที่เกิดจากโครงงาน และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงงานคุณธรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ “เยาวชนไทย ทำดี ถวายในหลวง” ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพหุกรณีศึกษา 3 โครงงาน คือ โครงงานธารน้ำใจ สายใยรัก โครงงานประหยัดวันนี้ เพื่อชีวีที่มั่นคง และโครงงานรู้รัก สามัคคี ทำความดี ถวายในหลวง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จำแนกชนิดของข้อมูล เปรียบเทียบและสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความสำเร็จของโครงงานคุณธรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ “เยาวชนไทย ทำดี ถวายในหลวง” 1.1) ด้านการได้มาของโครงงาน พบว่า ทั้ง 3 โครงงาน มีการคิดและเลือกหัวเรื่องโดยนักเรียนเอง มีการรวมกลุ่มกันด้วยความสมัครใจ จากการสำรวจสภาพปัญหาและกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ มีการรวบรวมข้อมูลและองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องประกอบด้วยหลักธรรมเรื่องสังคหวัตถุ 4 ทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถประโยชน์ 4 และสาราณียธรรม 6 โดยบูรณาการกับพระบรมราโชวาทคุณธรรม4 ประการ ในทุกขั้นตอนของกิจกรรม นักเรียนที่ร่วมทำโครงงานเคยได้มีการอบรมการทำโครงงานคุณธรรมก่อนเริ่มดำเนินโครงงาน มีการแบ่งหน้าที่ตามความเหมาะสม และได้รับคำแนะนำจากครูและพระที่ปรึกษาโครงงาน 1.2) ด้านการดำเนินโครงงาน พบว่า ทั้ง 3 โครงงาน นักเรียนมีการจัดทำร่างโครงงานด้วยตนเองตามคู่มือการทำโครงงาน สร้างผังมโนทัศน์ การปฏิบัติตามโครงงานตามกิจกรรมตามได้กำหนด มีการนำเสนอโครงงาน สรุปผลการปฏิบัติโครงงานทั้งในด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณ และการเขียนรายงานเพื่อสรุปการดำเนินโครงงานคุณธรรมทั้งหมดเพื่อส่งให้แก่สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาที่รับผิดชอบ 1.3) ด้านผลที่เกิดจากโครงงาน พบว่า นักเรียนได้รับการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมหลักตามวัตถุประสงค์ของแต่ละโครงงานและคุณธรรมแฝงอื่นๆ การได้ทำความดีเพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติแด่องค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว การตระหนักถึงปัญหาและพัฒนาสังคม การพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเอง พัฒนากระบวนการคิด พัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทำงานเป็นกลุ่ม เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำโครงงานคุณธรรม ค้นพบและเรียนรู้มิตรภาพระหว่างเพื่อน เกิดความสุขและความภูมิใจจากการทำโครงงานคุณธรรมและฝึกทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ ตลอดจนได้เรียนรู้แบบอย่างที่ดีจากครู 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงงานคุณธรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ “เยาวชนไทย ทำดี ถวายในหลวง” ทั้ง 3 โครงงาน ประกอบด้วย (1) ความทุ่มเทของครูที่ปรึกษาโครงงาน (2) ความมุ่งมั่นของนักเรียนที่ร่วมทำโครงงาน (3) ความเอาใจใส่ดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดจากศึกษานิเทศก์ และ (4) การสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze the success in moral project of secondary school students. and 2) to study supportive factors in moral project. Employing qualitative research as a multiple case study research for three moral projects consisted of Act of Doing Favours to be in Lover Project, Saving everyday for life to be riches Project and Harmony and Goodness for His Majesty the King Project. The research data were collected by analyzing related document, employing participatory and non- participatory observations as well as interview and focus group technique. The research data were analyzed by employing content analysis, comparison and inductive conclusion. The research findings were as follows : 1) The success of Moral Project . 1.1) The background of moral project before taking their works were found that three cases study had thought chosen the headline by the student. They considered the headline from exploring problem state, specifying the objectives, gathering volunteer into a group, collecting the data and pertaining to dharmic principle knowledge about principles of service and social integration 4, sources of happiness in the present life 4 and virtues for fraternal living 6. Furthermore, every step of the activities were integrated with the oration of the king, including the other royal speech under an advice from a adviser project monk and teachers. The students had ever trained to do the project before beginning to their moral project. 1.2) The operation process of moral project were found that three project cases had carried out of drafts by themselves based on moral project handbook and planning conceptual framework . The students followed their project and specified the procedure, learning scope, proceeding project schedule and budget. There were presenting their moral project, writing a report to summarize all activities along the adviser project teachers’ suggestion. 1.3) The outcome of moral project; Overall, The students were cultivated basic moral based on the objective of each the project and the other moral. They did the goodness for glorify to His Majesty the King, realized problem and developed the social, developed their potential and thinking skill, group process skill, learned procedure of moral project, found friendship, received the happiness and the pride, trained the vocational skill and got good model from their adviser project teachers.2) The supportive factors in three moral projects. There were four supportive factors which consisted of (1) the attention of adviser project teacher (2) the intention of the students (3) the interest closely from the educational supervisor and (4) administrative supporting. |
