| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารจัดการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒในด้านทรัพยากรการบริหาร กระบวนการบริหาร วงจรการบริหารและศึกษาถึงความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการในด้านส่วนผสมทางการตลาด การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 14 ฉบับ และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์กีฬาฯ จำนวน 400 ฉบับ ใช้แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 2 ชุด ชุดที่ 1 สำหรับผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 5 คน ชุดที่ 2 สำหรับผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์กีฬาฯ จำนวน 5 คน และแบบสำรวจ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์ที่ได้นำมาสรุปเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.สภาพการบริหารจัดการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒในด้านทรัพยากรการบริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านการบริหารสถานที่วัสดุอุปกรณ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและด้านการบริหารจัดการของศูนย์กีฬาอยู่ในระดับดี ขณะที่ด้านบริหารบุคลากร และด้านบริหารการเงินและงบประมาณอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และกระบวนการบริหาร 7 ประการโดยรวมและทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดี ยกเว้นด้านการรายงานผล อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ สภาพวงจรบริหารจากการสัมภาษณ์ ด้านการปฏิบัติมีการให้บริการการเช่าสนามกีฬา ด้านการตรวจสอบ มีระบบการตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการดูแลปฏิบัติงาน และรายงานผลความคืบหน้า มีการนำผลการประเมินมาพัฒนาแผนเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดความผิดพลาด 2.ปัญหาที่ต้องแก้ไขของศูนย์กีฬา คือเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำสนามมีน้อย ไม่มีอุปกรณ์กีฬาบริการให้เช่า-ยืม ร้านค้าสวัสดิการขายของมีน้อย ห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำ ล็อกเกอร์เก็บของ และแสงไฟมีอยู่น้อยสถานที่ไม่สามารถรองรับจำนวนผู้มาใช้บริการในเวลาเดียวกันได้ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์เผยแพร่ข่าวสารการจัดกิจกรรมยังไม่ทั่วถึง และควรหารายได้จากผู้มาใช้บริการภายนอกเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับศูนย์กีฬา 3.ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ด้านส่วนผสมทางการตลาดโดยรวมและรายข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับดี |
| Other Abstract: | This study attempted to find states and management problems of Srinakarinvirot University Sports Center as well as to assess its members satisfaction. Research tools were questionnaires, interviewing and observation. Questionnaires were given to 14 samples of the director and staff from Srinakarinvirot University Sports Center and 400 samples of sports center receivers. In- depth interview with the director of the center and staff totally five persons and five members of Sports Center were applied also the observation. The collected data were analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. The interviewing data were presented in compositions. The results were as follow: 1. Regarding the states of resource management (4Ms) from the director and staff, the overall aspects were at good level. In details, materials and management were at good level while man and money were at fair level. The management process (POSDCoRB) including Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting and Budget were all at good level except reporting was at fair level. Moreover, the conditions of PDCA Cycle of the sports center were planned relevant to policy of university. The center had the checking procedure and reviewed the previous action to avoid mistakes. 2. The problems toward sports center that needed to be solved were limited number of personnel, lack of sport equipment to rent, insufficient toilet, bathroom and locker as well as light were insufficient. Stadium could not accommodate large number of clients. Lack of public relation was one of the main problem. Finally, fund raising should be done to increase fund. 3. The overall aspects of members satisfaction (4Ps) were at good level. |
