| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอนวิชาศีลธรรมในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้บริหาร 18 คน ครูผู้สอนศีลธรรม 40 คนและนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 368 คน ในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล 10 แห่ง และโรงเรียนราษฎร์ 10 แห่ง ในเขตศึกษา 1 ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมมาได้โดยคำนวณหาค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางและคำบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารประสบปัญหามาก ในเรื่องการสนับสนุนให้ครูได้ใช้วิทยากรและเรื่องงบประมาณที่ทางโรงเรียนจัดให้ แต่นักเรียนมีปัญหามากในเรื่อง จำนวนนักเรียนในแต่ละห้องมากเกินไป 2. ครูและนักเรียนเห็นพ้องกันว่า เอกสารประกอบการเรียนการสอนศีลธรรมเป็นปัญหามาก สำหรับผู้บริหารมีความเห็นว่าอัตราเวลาเรียน หลักสูตรและแบบเรียนเป็นปัญหาพอประมาณ 3.เกี่ยวกับวิธีการสอน ทั้งผู้บริหารและครูมีปัญหาปานกลาง แต่นักเรียนกับเห็นว่า มีปัญหามากในเรื่องการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน และการจัดกิจกรรม 4. ผู้บริหารและครูมีปัญหามากในปริมาณอุปกรณ์ที่โรงเรียนมีอยู่ นอกจากนี้ ครูยังมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกับนักเรียนอีกว่า ครูไม่ใคร่ได้ใช้อุปกรณ์การสอน 5. ครูมีปัญหามากในการสร้างข้อสอบที่มีคุณภาพดี นอกจากนี้ครูยังมีความเห็นตรงกับนักเรียนอีกว่า เรื่องข้อสอบวัดความเข้าใจและการนำไปใช้ ข้อสอบวัดความคิดและเหตุผล และคะแนนของวิชาศีลธรรม เป็นปัญหามาก 6. ในเรื่องการจัดตั้งชุมนุมที่เกี่ยวข้องทางศีลธรรม และเรื่องการเงินนั้น ทั้งผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนมีความเห็น สอดคล้องต้องกันว่าเป็นปัญหามาก 7. ผู้บริหารและนักเรียนมีความเห็นตรงกันว่า ความคิดริเริ่มของครูเป็นปัญหามาก |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this investigation was to study general problems of teaching ethics in the lower secondary schools in order to improve the teaching and the learning of ethics. Questionnaires were sent to eighteen. Administrators, forty teachers and three hundred and sixty - eight students in ten lower secondary government schools and ten lower secondary private schools in Educational Region I . The collected data were analyzed by means of arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentage, and then tabulated and explained descriptively. The results of this investigation were as follow: -1. Most administrators had problems in supporting teachers to use the resource persons and in school budget, but students had problem concerning the numbers of students in each class. 2. Teachers and students agreed that there were not enough teaching learning materials. 3. The administrators and teachers agreed that there were moderate problems in methods of teaching but the students indicated that they had less opportunity in taking part in planning the learning activities. 4. Most administrators and teachers agreed that the school did not provide enough audio-visual materials. Otherwise, teachers and students were of the same opinion that teachers had less opportunity in using audio-visual materials. 5. Most teachers faced the problem of constructing efficiency test. Students and teachers agreed that there were a lot of problems in the test of comprehension and applica¬tion, the test of thinking and reasoning and marking the students’ papers. 6. The administrators, teachers and students were of the same opinion that organizing and financing moral and ethics clubs were serious problems. 7. Administrators and students agreed that teachers had critical problem in initiative thinking. |
