| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบ และบทบาทพื้นที่ว่างเพื่อการสันทนาการในเขตเทศบาลนครพิษณุโลกที่เป็นอยู่ในปัจจุบัน 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้พื้นที่ว่างเพื่อการสันทนาการในเขตเทศบาลนครพิษณุโลก 3) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนา รูปแบบ และบทบาทพื้นที่ว่าง ให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการสันทนาการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด โดยได้วิเคราะห์รูปแบบ บทบาทและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าใช้พื้นที่ว่างของคนที่เข้ามาใช้พื้นที่ เพื่อให้ทราบถึงศักยภาพ ปัญหา และข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ว่าง เพื่อนำไปสู่การเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ว่าง เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้มากที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พื้นที่ว่างในเขตเทศบาลนครพิษณุโลกแบ่งออกได้เป็น 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) พื้นที่ว่างริมน้ำ 2) พื้นที่ว่างในสถาบันการศึกษา 3) พื้นที่ว่างในสถาบันราชการ 4) พื้นที่ว่างในสถาบันศาสนา 5) พื้นที่ว่างในโบราณสถาน โดยรูปแบบการเข้าใช้พื้นที่ว่างนั้นนอกจากใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการนันทนาการแล้ว ยังเป็นศูนย์รวมทางด้านสังคม และเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญของพิษณุโลกอีกด้วย ซึ่งปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าใช้พื้นที่ว่างนั้น ได้แก่ การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน โครงข่ายการคมนาคม ที่ตั้งของพื้นที่ว่าง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความปลอดภัย และสภาพภูมิทัศน์และนันทนาการ ซึ่งพื้นที่แต่ละบริเวณมีศักยภาพ ปัญหา และข้อจำกัดที่แตกต่างกันไป ดังนั้นแนวทางในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ว่างเพื่อการสันทนาการในเขตเทศบาลนครพิษณุโลก จึงแบ่งออกเป็นแผนการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในภาพรวม เพื่อการเชื่อมโยงพื้นที่ว่างต่างๆ และแนวทางการปรับปรุงและการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสมในพื้นที่ว่างแต่ละประเภท โดยคำนึงถึงคุณภาพ และความเหมาะสมของพื้นที่ว่าง ที่ไม่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อเอกลักษณ์ของเมือง และสามารถตอบสนองการใช้ประโยชน์พื้นที่ได้อย่างคุ้มค่า |
| Other Abstract: | To study 1) patterns and roles of open spaces for recreation in Phianulok municipality. 2) researched some factors influencing the used of recreational space. 3) researcher determined the cause of the problem and limitations of space. In the conclusion will offered guidance for development recreation area that can be useful and efficient. The study has found that the open spaces in Nakorn Phitsanulok municipality divided into 5 types. 1) waterfront spaces 2) open spaces in academy area 3) open spaces in government area 4) open spaces in the religious area and 5) open spaces in the historic site. By the way, municipality people used open space for another objective, such as social activities and traveled center. So the communications network, the location of the space and landscape was important factors that making different in open spaces. Therefore, development plan for open spaces for recreation in Nakorn Phitsanulok municipality considered to linked open spaces, improvement and utilization of appropriate space in each category. That followed by cultural activities and responded to take advantage of space-efficient. |
