| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบลักษณะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พึงประสงค์ระหว่างการรับรู้ของ ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ และนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 7 ในด้านต่างๆ คือ ด้านคุณธรรม ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการสอน ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล และด้านบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูวิทยาศาสตร์จำนวน 112 คน และนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย แผนการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ปีการศึกษา 2527 จำนวน 481 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่าง จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 16 โรงเรียนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด สำหรับครูและนักเรียน ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที แล้วนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ในรูปตารางประกอบคำอธิบาย ผลการวิจัย 1.ทั้งครูวิทยาศาสตร์และนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า ลักษณะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พึงประสงค์ด้านต่างๆ คือ ด้านคุณธรรม ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการสอน ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล ด้านบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ มีความจำเป็นมาก 2. ความคิดเห็นระหว่างครูวิทยาศาสตร์และนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายเกี่ยวกับลักษณะครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พึงประสงค์ด้านต่างๆ ที่กล่าวมาแล้วข้างต้น ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes: This research were to study and compare the desirable science teacher characteristics as perceived by science teachers and upper secondary school students under the auspices of General Education Department, Educational Region Seven on the following aspects : teachers' qualification, content, teaching, measurement and evaluation, personalities and human relations. Procedure: The samples of this study were 112 science teachers and 481 science program students of the upper secondary schools in the academic year 1984. They were randomly sampled from 16 upper secondary schools. The research instruments were two sets of questionnaires constructed by the researcher one for the teachers and another for the students. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and then presented in tables with explanations. Findings: 1. Both science teachers and the upper school students agreed that the desirable science teacher characteristics in the following aspects: teachers' qualification, content, teaching, measurement and evaluation, personalities and human relations were very necessary. 2. There was no difference between the opinions of science teachers and the upper school students concerning the desirable science teacher characteristics in all aspects mentioned above at the 0.05 level of significance. |
