| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรุนแรงของอาการ ระยะเวลาของการเจ็บป่วย การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย กับการปรับตัวของผู้ป่วยผู้ใหญ่ไตวายเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยผู้ใหญ่ไตวายเรื้อรัง จำนวน 100 ราย โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างแบบมีระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรุนแรงของอาการ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบวัดความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย แบบสอบถามการปรับตัว ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ หาความเที่ยงโดยวิธีของครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยง .83 , .86 , .88 , .89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน หาความสัมพันธ์โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความรุนแรงของอาการมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ 4 จากแบบวัด 11 ระดับ 2.ระยะเวลาของการเจ็บป่วยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.45 ปี 3. การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 90.82 จากคะแนนเต็ม 125 คะแนน 4. ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 58.72 จากคะแนนเต็ม 115 คะแนน 5. การปรับตัวมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 62.32 จากคะแนนเต็ม 180 คะแนน 6. ความรุนแรงของอาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการปรับตัว ระยะเวลาของการเจ็บป่วยมีความ สัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับปรับตัว การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการปรับตัว ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการปรับตัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 7. ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความรุนแรงของอาการ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปรับตัวของผู้ป่วยผู้ใหญ่ไตวายเรื้อรัง ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์การปรับตัวได้ร้อยละ 65.0 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the relationships between symptom severity, illness duration, social support, uncertainty in illness and adaptation of chronic renal failure adult patients. The sample of 100 chronic renal failure adult patients were selected by a systematic sampling. Data were collected by using 6 instruments : demographic data form, symptom severity scale, social support questionnaires, uncertainty in illness scale, adaptation questionnaires. The questionnaires were tested for content validity by a panel of experts. Alpha Cronbach Coefficients were .83, .86, .88, and .89 respectively. The data were analyzed by Mean, Standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression. The major finding were as follows : 1. Symptom severity mean score was at 4 from total score 11. 2. Illness duration mean score was at 4.45 year 3. Social support mean score was at 90.82 from total score 125. 4. Uncertainty in illness mean score was at 58.72 from total score 115.5. Adaptation mean was at 62.32 from total score 180. 6. There was a positively statistical correlation between illness duration, social support, and adaptation of chronic renal failure adult patients at the level of .05. There was a negatively statistical correlation between symptom severity, uncertainty in illness, and adaptation of chronic renal failure adult patients at the level of .05. 7. Uncertainty in illness, social support, and symptom severity were the variables that significantly predicted adaptation of chronic renal failure adult patients at the level of .05. The predictive power was 65.0% ( R2) of the variance. |
