| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังคมกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สมมติฐานของการวิจัย ทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา เป็นผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร 70 คน อาจารย์จำนวน 350 คน ซึ่งเลือกมาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย รวมทั้งสิ้น 420 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวบรมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้น มีลักษณะเป็นแบบเลือกตอบ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า ครอบคลุมทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านคตินิยม 17 ข้อ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 20 ข้อ และด้านเทคนิค 18 ข้อ รวมทั้งสิ้น 55 ข้อ จำนวนแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไป 420 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน 420 ฉบับ หรือร้อยละ 100.00 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้วิธีการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชณิมเลขคณิต ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าคะแนนที ( t-test) ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในด้านคตินิยมที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถาม อยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย 2. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในด้านมนุษยสัมพันธที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถามอยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย 3. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในด้านเทคนิคที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถาม อยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย 4. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านคตินิยม ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านเทคนิค ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 |
| Other Abstract: | The Purposes of the study: 1. To indicate the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators under the auspices of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis. 2. To compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators. Hypothesis: The opinions of the administrators and teachers concerning expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators under the auspices of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis are different. Procedure: The sampling included administrators and teachers from secondary school all of which are under the auspices of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis. The sample was composed of 70 administrators and 350 teachers, which were selected by simple random sampling, making a total of 420 persons in the sample. The instruments used in collecting the data was a questionnaire concerning the expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators in three areas: conceptual skills, human skills, and technical skills. The questionnaire used in this study was constructed in the form of a check list, and a rating scale. Of the total distributed 420 questionnaires sent out, 420 or 100.00 percent were completed and returned. The data were analyzed by using percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and the t – test. Results: 1. For conceptual skills, the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators were in the “agree” category 2. For human skills, the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators were in the “agree” category 3. For technical skills, the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected administrative skills of secondary administrators were in the “agree” category. 4. The opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected administrative skills of secondary school administrators were not significantly different at the .01 level. |
