dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์ ในเขตการศึกษา 12 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กลุ่มหัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และกลุ่มครูอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ในเขตการศึกษา 12 สมมุติฐานการวิจัย ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์ในในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ในเขตการศึกษา 12 เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาไม่แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนหัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ในเขตการศึกษา 12 จากจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 3,204 โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแยกกลุ่ม (Stratified Random Sampling) ได้ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 24 คน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา จำนวน 132 คน และครูอาจารย์ จำนวน 341 รวมทั้งสิ้น 497 คน แบบสอบถามที่ส่งไปทั้งสิ้น 497 ฉบับ และได้รับคืนมาใช้ในการวิจัยได้จริง จำนวน 449 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.34 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม 3 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 สอบถามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบตรวจสอบ (Check list) ตอนที่ 2 สอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติเฉพาะและคุณสมบัติด้านวิชาชีพเป็นแบบประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ตอนที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด (Open-ended) สอบถามคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติมของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติด้านเฉพาะตัวของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในเรื่อง บุคลิกลักษณะ อุปนิสัยลักษณะของผู้นำ การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ คุณธรรม และการเป็นที่ยอมรับนับถือของครูอาจารย์ในหมวดวิชา อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย แต่มีข้อที่มีระดับความคิดเห็นแตกต่างออกไป 4 ข้อ คือ (1) เป็นผู้มีความกระฉับกระเฉง คล่องแคล่วในการปฏิบัติงาน (2) เป็นผู้มีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง และ (3) เป็นผู้ที่มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตและยุติธรรมในการปฏิบัติงาน ประชากรทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง และคุณสมบัติที่ประชากรทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ คือ (4) เป็นผู้มีวัยวุฒิสูงเมื่อเทียบกับครูอาจารย์ในหมวดวิชา 2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์ เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติด้านวิชาชีพของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในเรื่อง วุฒิ ประสบการณ์ ความรู้ทั่วไป ความรู้ทางวิชาชีพและความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย แต่มีข้อที่ประชากรทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ คือ เป็นผู้ที่ได้ผ่านการศึกษาวิชาด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสังคมวิทยาในระดับอุดมศึกษามาแล้ว ไม่น้อยกว่าอย่างละ1 รายวิชา 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติด้านเฉพาะตัวหัวหน้าหมวดวิชา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อทดสอบเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธี S-Method ของ Scheffá พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูอาจารย์กับผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 แต่กลุ่มอื่นๆ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติด้านวิชาชีพของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อทดสอบเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธี S-Method ของ Scheffá พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูอาจารย์กับผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 แต่กลุ่มอื่นๆ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ-
dc.description.abstractalternativeObjectives of the Research 1. To study the opinions of school administrators, heads of departments, and teachers concerning the expected qualifications of heads of departments in some large secondary schools in Educational Region Twelve. 2. To compare the opinions concerning the expected qualifications of heads of departments among the school administrators, heads of departments, and teachers in some large secondary schools in Educational Region Twelve. Hypothesis: The opinions of school administrators, heads of departments, and teachers concerning the expected qualifications of heads of departments are not different. Research Procedures: The samples used in this research consisted of three groups of persons: 24 school administrators, 132 heads of departments, and 341 teachers in some large secondary schools in Educational Region Twelve. They were selected by means of stratified random sampling. technique:' totaling 497 persons from 3,204 persons, Of the total of 497 questionnaire sent to the samples 449 or 90.34 percent were completed and returned. The instrument used in this study was the three-part questionnaire. Part 1 consisted of check-list questions asking the samples' personal status. Part 2 consisted of a questionnaire with rating scale asking their opinions concerning the personal and professional qualifications of the heads of departments in their school. Part 3 consisted of open-ended forms asking their suggestions concerning the mentioned qualifications. The data were then analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviations and one-way analysis of variance. Findings and Conclusions 1. The opinions of the school administrators, the heads of departments and the teachers concerning the expected personal qualifications of the heads of departments in the aspects of personality, innate character, leader characteristics, human relationships, moral principles, responsibility, and acceptability of the teachers in the departments were at the agreeable level. However, there were 4 items at the most agreeable level which were different from those opions. They thought that the heads of departments should have (1) enthuiasm and dynamism (2) self-confidence and (3) honesty and justice on their duties. There was one item that the 3 groups of samples were not sure if it should be a necessary qualification. That was: (4) The heads of departments should be older than the teachers in their departments. 2. The opinions of the school administrators, the heads of departments, and teachers concerning the expected professional qualifications of the heads of departments in the aspects of qualifications, teaching experience, general knowledge, professional knowledge, and task ability were found at the agreeable level. However, the opinions of the 3 groups of samples in some aspects were at the doubtful level. They were not sure if the heads of departments should have education at least a course in politics, economic and sociology at a higher education level. 3. The opinions of the school administrators, the heads of departments, and the teachers concerning the expected personal qualifications of the heads of departments were statistically significant different at the .05 level. When Scheffé's S-Methods were applied for multiple comparison purposes, it was found that only the opinions of the teachers and the administrators were found statistically significant different at the .05 level. 4. The opinions of school administrators, the heads of departments, and the teachers concerning the expected professional qualifications of the heads of departments were found statistically significant different at the .05 level. When Scheffé's S-Methods were applied for multiple comparison purposes, it was found that only the opinions of the teachers and the administrators were found statistically significant different at the .05 level.-
