| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถภาพของครูวิชากลุ่มโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดตรัง 2. เพื่อนำเสนอโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดตรัง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ประชากรที่เป็นครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนและศึกษานิเทศก์ทั้งหมดในสังกัดสำนักงานประถมศึกษาจังหวัดตรัง มีจำนวน 258 คน และ 30 คน ตามลำดับ รวมเป็นประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยทั้งสิ้น 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เพื่อใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ชุด คือ แบบสอบถามสำหรับครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนและแบบสอบถามสำหรับศึกษานิเทศก์ ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละมัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน หลังจากนั้นจึงนำผลการวิเคราะห์มาออกแบบโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดตรัง สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ครูวิชากลุ่มโรงเรียนมีสมรรถภาพ ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ สมรรถภาพทางด้านการปฏิบัติการสอน สมรรถภาพทางด้านงานวิชาการ และสมรรถภาพทางด้านเทคนิคการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนโดยเฉลี่ยแล้วอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งสิ้นแต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อแล้ว พบว่า ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนมีสมรรถภาพสูงและต่ำคละกัน และเมื่อจัดลำดับสมรรถภาพสูงสุดไปหาสมรรถภาพต่ำสุดแล้ว ปรากฏว่าสมรรถภาพของครูวิชากลุ่มโรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ มีสมรรถภาพในการปฏิบัติการสอนอยู่ในระดับที่ 1 ยกเว้น ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนที่เป็นเพศหญิง มีสมรรถภาพทางด้านเทคนิคการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับที่ 1 อย่างไรก็ตาม สมรรถภาพของครูวิขาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนทุกกลุ่ม มีสมรรถภาพทางด้านงานวิชาการอยู่ในลำดับที่ 3 2. จากผลการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถภาพทางวิชาการของครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนขึ้น มุ่งพัฒนาสมรรถภาพทางวิชาการของครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตรและวัสดุหลักสูตร ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ มีลักษณะเป็นโปรแกรมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งจัดประชุมครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนพร้อมกันทั้งจังหวัดในลักษณะโปรแกรมที่ปฏิบัติต่อเนื่องกันเป็น 5 โปรแกรมย่อยๆ ละ 1-3 วัน โดยมีสำนักงานประถมศึกษาจังหวัดเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานและสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณและมีรายละเอียดต่างๆ ในโปรแกรมดังนี้ คือ ความหมาย ความเป็นมา และความสำคัญของปัญหา วัตถุประสงค์ ผู้รับผิดชอบ การดำเนินงาน หลักสูตร บุคลากร สถานที่ เวลา งบประมาณ การประเมินผล ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ และกำหนดการประชุม 3. ผลการวิจัยยังพบว่า เรื่องที่อาจเป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน คือ การไม่เห็นความสำคัญในเรื่องการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพของตัวครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนเอง การสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณและการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร เกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes of Study 1. To study the competencies of academic supervisory teachers of elementary school clusters under the jurisdiction of the Office of Trang Provincial Primary Education. 2. To propose the program for improving competencies of academic supervisory teachers of elementary school Clusters under the juristiction of the Office of Trang Provincial Primary Education. Procedures Populations used in this study were all the populations 258 acdemic supervisory teachers of elementary school clusters and 30 supervisors in the juristiction of the Office of Trang Provincial Primary Education, therefor all the populations were 288. The researcher constructed 2 questionairs, the questionairs for academic supervisory teachers of elementary school clusters and the questionairs for supervisors to use in the research. The obtained datas with 2 sets of variables analyzed by using determining frequencies, percentages, arithmatic meand and standard deviations. Then the results-of the analysis were imployed as the basis to treat a program for improving competencies of academic supervisory teachers of elementary school clusters under the juristiction of the Office of Trang Provincial Primary Education. Results : 1. The academic supervisory teachers of elementary school clusters had competencies in three areas; nawly teaching, academic and functioning. These competencies were in moderate level by average, although they fluctecated highly when considered in detail. It was also found that the teaching competencies ranked first for the whole group whereas the functioning technique ranked first for the female group. However the academic competencies always ranked third in every group. 2. According to the results of this study, the researcher proposed the program for improving competencies of academic supervisroy teachers of elementary school clusters. The program consisted of five academic areas, curriculum and material curriculum, teaching strategies, measurment and evaluation, educational supervision and academic activitis. These program should be operated by the Office of Trani Provicial Primary Education in workshop style with five subprograms for the whole academic supervisory teachers. There were items in the programed structere, (1) meaning (2) background of study (3) objectes (4) Procedures, (5) curriculum, (6) personel (7) place, (8) period of fives time (9) budget (10) evaluation, (11) banefit obtained and (12) program arrangement. 3. It also found that the problems and obstacles which might be faced in impeoving the competencies were the academic supervisory teachers themselves, budget and the administrator supporting. |
