| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา ทั้งในส่วนรวมและในรายด้าน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการสอน ด้านการวิจัย การเขียนตำราและบทความ ด้านการบริการสังคม ด้านกิจการนักศึกษา ด้านการบริหารและวิชาชีพ และเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลตามการรับรู้และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์ ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือผู้บริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 42 คน อาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 188 คน และนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 179 คน จากสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย 5 แห่ง ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากแต่ละสถาบัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง หาความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 12 ท่าน หาความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามตอนที่เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลตามการรับรู้และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ ได้ค่า 0.97 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้นำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (x ̅) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยระหว่างคู่หลังการทดสอบความแปรปรวนโดยการทดสอบค่าคิว (q-statistics) ของนิวแมนคูลส์ (Newman-Keuls test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลโดยส่วนร่วมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง แต่นักศึกษามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ในระดับเห็นด้วยเท่านั้น สำหรับการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลในรายด้าน พบว่าผู้บริหารมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งทุกด้าน สำหรับอาจารย์มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ยกเว้นด้านบริการสังคม และด้านกิจการนักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยสำหรับนักศึกษามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยทุกด้าน 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลระหว่างผู้บริหารอาจารย์และนักศึกษา โดยส่วนรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 เมื่อพิจารณาความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยระหว่างคู่ พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลระหว่างผู้บริหารกับอาจารย์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ระหว่างผู้บริหารกับนักศึกษา และอาจารย์กับนักศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. เปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลระหว่างผู้บริหารอาจารย์และนักศึกษา เป็นรายด้านพบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และเมื่อพิจารณาความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยระหว่างคู่ พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ต่อบทบาทด้านการสอน ด้านการวิจัยการเขียนตำราและบทความ ระหว่างผู้บริหารกับอาจารย์ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ด้านการบริการสังคม และด้านกิจการนักศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และด้านการบริหารและวิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ระหว่างผู้บริหารกับนักศึกษา และอาจารย์กับนักศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกด้าน 4. บทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์ เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้านพบว่าบทบาทด้านการสอน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ในระดับปฏิบัติมากส่วนอีก 4 ด้าน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ในระดับปฏิบัติน้อย และเมื่อพิจารณาโดยส่วนรวมพบว่ามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ในระดับปฏิบัติน้อย 5. เปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลตามการรับรู้และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์ ทั้งโดยส่วนรวมและในรายด้านทุกด้าน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 6. สัดส่วนความรับผิดชอบต่อบทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาลทั้ง 5 ด้าน ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา ให้ความสำคัญของบทบาทด้านการสอน บทบาทด้านการวิจัย การเขียนตำราและบทความ ในอันดับที่ 1 และ 2 ตามลำดับ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this thesis were to study and to compare the nursing instructors' roles as perceived by administrators, instructors and students, considering the total score and the score of each aspect of the roles : teaching, research and textbooks and articles, social service, student activities, administ¬rative and professional activities; and to compare the instructors' perception of their roles and that of their roles in reality. The research population consisted of 42 administrators, 188 instuctors and 179 fourth year students from the faculty of nursing and the nursing department of the universities under the auspices of the Ministry of University Affairs. The simple random sampling technique was used in selecting research samples. The research data were gathered by the questionnaire developed by the researcher for this study and the content validity was done by 12 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire on the perception of instructors' roles and the instructors' perception of their roles in reality were 0.97 and 0.95 respectively. The percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviations, t-test, ANOVA and Newman - Keuls test were statistical procedures used in analyzing data. The findings were as follows : 1. The administrators and instructors strongly agreed with the instructors' roles indicated in the questionnaire, whereas the students indicated the agreement with those roles. When considering the score on each aspect of the roles, administrators strongly agreed with the roles in every aspects which similar to the perception of the instructors except the social service and student activities. The instructors' perception on those aspects were in the "agree" level. Interestingly, the students' perception of instructors' roles in all aspects were on the "agree" level. 2. There was a significant difference among the means of total score of administrators', instructors' and students' perception of nursing instructors' roles at the .001 level. When comparing between each two groups, it was found that there was a significant difference between the means of the administrators' and instructors' perception of instructors' roles at the .05 level; whereas, there was a significant different at the .01 level between the means of the administrators' and students' perception and between the means of the instructors' and students' perception. 3. The comparison of the means scores of each aspect of instructors' roles as perceived by administrators, instructors and students indicated that they were significant different' at the .001 level. After comparing between those means of each pair, the results were that the means of administrators' and instructors' perception of instructors' roles on the aspects of teaching, research and writing textbooks and articles were not significant different:., but those of the aspects of social service and student activities were significant different at the .05 level, and the aspect of administrative and professional activities was significant different at the .01 level. However, the means of administrators' and students' perception, also, those of instructors and students on all aspects of the roles, were significant different. at .01 level. 4. The perception of instructors' roles in reality on all aspects of the role, except teaching, were in the "practice less often" level. That of teaching aspect was in the "practice often" level. Nevertheless, the total perception of instructors' roles in reality was in the "practice less often" level. 5. The comparison between the instructors' perception on all aspects and each aspect of their roles and those of their roles in reality indicated that they were significant different at the .001 level. 6. The results of this research indicated that the administrators, instructors and students perceived that the teaching roles, the research and writing textbooks and articles roles are the most importance and the second importance, respectively. |
