dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความตรง (validation) ของโมเดลสาเหตุของความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสของผู้หญิง: อิทธิพลของการสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์ การสื่อสารเรื่องเพศที่ส่งผ่านความใกล้ชิดผูกพัน และความพึงพอใจทางเพศ 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสของผู้หญิง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้หญิงไทยทั่วไปที่สมรสแล้วจำนวน 566 คน ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยตัวแปรแฝง 5 ตัว คือ 1) การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์ วัดจากตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 3 ตัว คือ การรับรู้ความรักความห่วงใย การรับรู้การให้กำลังใจ การรับรู้ความเข้าใจจากสามี 2) การสื่อสารเรื่องเพศ วัดจากตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 2 ตัว คือ การสื่อสารเรื่องเพศทั่วไป การเปิดเผยตนเรื่องเพศ 3) ความใกล้ชิดผูกพัน วัดจากตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 3 ตัว คือ ความใกล้ชิดผูกพันทางอารมณ์ ความใกล้ชิดผูกพันทางเพศ ความใกล้ชิดผูกพันทางความคิด 4) ความพึงพอใจทางเพศ วัดจากตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 1 ตัว คือ ความพึงพอใจทางเพศ 5) ความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรส วัดจากตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 3 ตัว คือ ความพึงพอใจต่อกัน ความมีเยื่อใยต่อกัน การมีความคิดเห็นที่สอดคล้องกัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดประมาณค่ามีความเที่ยงตั้งแต่ .850 -.950 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์โมเดลลิสเรล
dc.description.abstract	ผลการวิเคราะห์ความตรงของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุตามที่ตั้งไว้ตามกรอบวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีค่า χ 2 = 19.86, df = 19 , p = 0.403, RMSEA = 0.009, RMR = 0.009, GFI = 0.994, AGFI = 0.976 โดยตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 4 ตัวแปรสามารถอธิบายความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสได้ถึงร้อยละ73.6 โดยมีรูปแบบอิทธิพลดังนี้ คือ 1) การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์มีอิทธิพลตรงต่อความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสของผู้หญิง 2) การสื่อสารทางเพศมีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสผ่านความพึงพอใจทางเพศ 3) การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์และการสื่อสารทางเพศมีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสผ่านความใกล้ชิดผูกพันและความพึงพอใจทางเพศ ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า ความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสของผู้หญิงขึ้นอยู่กับการสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์ที่ตนได้รับจากสามีและการสื่อสารทางเพศกับสามี โดยสิ่งเหล่านี้ช่วยให้ผู้หญิงรู้สึกใกล้ชิดผูกพันกับสามี และมีความพึงพอใจทางเพศมากขึ้น ซึ่งส่งผลให้มีความพึงพอใจในชีวิตสมรสมากขึ้นในที่สุด
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study were 1) to develop and validate the causal model of marital satisfaction of women: The effect of emotional support and sexual communication mediated via intimacy and sexual satisfaction, and 2) to study the pattern of direct and indirect effects of factor associated with marital satisfaction of women. 566 married Thai women were participants of this study. The developed model consisted of five latent variables: 1) emotional support, which was measured by three indicators: perception of love and caring, encouragement, and understanding from husband, 2) sexual communication, which was measured by two indicators: dyadic sexual communication and sexual self disclosure, 3) intimacy , which was measured by three indicators: perception of emotional intimacy, sexual intimacy, and intellectual intimacy, 4) sexual satisfaction, which was measured by one indicator: perception of sexual satisfaction, 5) marital satisfaction, which was measured by three indicators: dyadic satisfaction, dyadic cohesion and consensus. Data were collect by questionnaires with reliability ranged from .850-.950. Structural equation model (LISREL) was use for statistical analysis. The result indicated that the causal model of marital satisfaction of women on the research framework was a good fit with empirical data as indicated by χ 2 = 19.86, df = 19 , p = 0.403, RMSEA = 0.009, RMR = 0.009, GFI = 0.994, AGFI = 0.9762 = 19.86, df = 19, p = 0.403, RMSEA = 0.009, RMR = 0.009, GFI = 0.994, AGFI = 0.976. Independent variables in the model accounted for 73.6 percent variance in marital satisfaction. The causal model indicated that 1) Emotional support had both direct and indirect effect on marital satisfaction through intimacy and sexual satisfaction. 2) Sexual satisfaction had a direct effect on marital satisfaction. 3) Emotional support and sexual communication had an indirect effect on marital satisfaction through intimacy and sexual satisfaction. Results suggested that marital satisfaction in women depended on emotional support and sexual communication with husbands. Emotional support and sexual communication could increase intimacy and sexual satisfaction which led to higher marital satisfaction.
