| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมและรายได้ต่อความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่มีรายได้ในกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑลที่ประกอบอาชีพข้าราชการหรือพนักงานของรัฐ พนักงานบริษัทและ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ โดยคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มที่ได้คะแนนจากมาตรวัดการเปรียบเทียบตนเองกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมากกว่าที่ระดับคะแนนมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 73 จำนวน 218 คน และกลุ่มที่ได้คะแนนจากมาตรวัดการเปรียบเทียบตนเองกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จน้อยกว่าในระดับมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 73 จำนวน 218 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.บุคคลที่มีการเปรียบเทียบตนเองกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จน้อยกว่ามีความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยมากกว่าบุคคลที่มีการเปรียบเทียบตนเองกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมากกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .001 2.บุคคลที่มีรายได้สูงมีความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยมากกว่าบุคคลที่มีรายได้ต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .001 3.บุคคลที่มีรายได้สูงและมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมากกว่ามีความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยไม่แตกต่างกับบุคคลที่มีรายได้ต่ำและมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมากกว่า 4. บุคคลที่มีรายได้สูงและมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จน้อยกว่ามีความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยมากกว่าบุคคลที่มีรายได้สูงและมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมากกว่า, บุคคลที่มีรายได้ต่ำและมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จน้อยกว่า และมากกว่า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 5. บุคคลที่มีรายได้ต่ำและมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จน้อยกว่ามีความสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยมากกว่าบุคคลที่มีรายได้ต่ำ และบุคคลที่มีรายได้สูง และมีการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคมกับบุคคลอื่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จมากกว่า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to examine the effects of social comparison and income on subjective well-being. Participants were government officials, state enterprise officials, and private employees. Participants completed questionnaires consisted of upward and downward social comparison scales and happiness and well-being scales. Upward and downward social comparison groups were formed from 218 participants whose scores were greater than or equal to percentile 73 from the upward social comparison scale and from the downward social comparison scale, respectively. Results are as follows: 1. Downward social comparison group has a significantly higher mean score on subjective well-being than upward social comparison group. 2. High income group has a significantly higher mean score on subjective well-being than low income group. 3. For upward social comparison groups those with high and low income do not differ in terms of subjective well-being. 4. High income group with downward social comparison has a higher mean score on subjective well-being than high income group with upward social comparison, low income group with downward social comparison, and low income group with upward social comparison. 5. Low income group with downward social comparison has a higher mean score on subjective well-being than low income and high income group with upward social comparison. | en |
