dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการผู้นำนักเรียนฝ่ายส่งเสริมอนามัย ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูอนามัยและเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข เกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการผู้นำนักเรียนฝ่ายส่งเสริมอนามัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งประกอบด้วยปัญหา 6 ด้าน ตัวอย่างประชากรได้แก่ครูอนามัยโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด 158 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัด 126 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 284 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาจำนวน 235 ฉบับ เป็นครูอนามัย 115 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.78 และเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข 120 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.23 ผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า ‘ที’ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ปัญหาการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการผู้นำนักเรียนฝ่ายส่งเสริมอนามัย ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ยกเว้นปัญหาด้านการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูอนามัยและเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขเกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการผู้นำนักเรียนฝ่ายส่งเสริมอนามัย พบว่า 2.1 ปัญหาด้านการวางแผนจัดดำเนินงาน และปัญหาด้านการสนับสนุนทรัพยากร มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.2 ปัญหาด้านหลักเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกนักเรียน หลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผล และการปฏิบัติงานของผู้นำนักเรียนฝ่ายส่งเสริมอนามัยไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of the research were to study and to compare health teachers’ and public health personnel’s opinions concerning problems in management of the health promotion student leader project in the Northeastern Region. Questionnaires constructed with six areas of the problems were the used instrument which were sent to 158 health teachers of elementary schools under the Provincial Primary Education Office, and 126 public health personnel at Tambon levels under the Provincial Public Health Office, totaling 284 persons. The returned questionnaires were 235, with 115 from health teachers counted for 72.78 percent and 120 from public health personnel counted for 95.23 percent. The data were then analysed by using percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and t-test. The results of the study were: 1. Problems in management of the health promotion student leader project in the Northeastern Region were relatively in low level with the exception that problems in supervising–follow–up and evaluation were in moderate level. 2. The comparison of the health teachers’ and the public health personnel’s opinions concerning problems in management of the health promotion student leader project revealed that : 2.1 The problems in project planning and resource supports showed statistically significant difference at the level of .05. 2.2 There was no statistically significant difference at the level of .05 concerning the problems of the criteria for selecting students, training curriculum, supervising follow-up and evaluation, and the practice of the health promotion student leaders.-
