| Abstract: | ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์พหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล ที่มีผลต่อการส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล เพื่อส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย 1) นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลจำนวน 3 แห่ง ที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยละ 75 คน รวม 225 คน 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) ผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยพยาบาลจำนวน 3 แห่ง ที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบวัดพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตามทฤษฏีพหุปัญญาของของการ์ดเนอร์ แบบประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล แบบประเมิน (ร่าง) แนวทางการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ แบบประเมินผลการดำเนินการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมโดยผู้บริหารวิทยาลัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พหุปัญญาด้านที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านภาษา 2) ด้านดนตรี 3) ด้านมิติสัมพันธ์ และ 4) ด้านการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายและกล้ามเนื้อ 2. ตัวแปรสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลร่วมกันพยากรณ์พหุปัญญาในแต่ละด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น 55.50% ด้านการใช้เหตุผลเชิงตรรกะ-คณิตศาสตร์ 45.50% ด้านภาษา 44.20% ด้านการเข้าใจตนเอง 42.50% ด้านมิติสัมพันธ์ 41.80% ด้านความเข้าใจธรรมชาติ 41.00% ด้านการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายและกล้ามเนื้อ 40.30% และด้านดนตรี 38.50% องค์ประกอบสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีผลต่อการส่งเสริมพหุปัญญา ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านกายภาพ ได้แก่ พื้นที่และอุปกรณ์สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เพื่อการเรียนการสอน เพื่อการศึกษาค้นคว้าและการเรียนรู้ เพื่อการพักอาศัย เพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรมและสันทนาการ เพื่อการให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา 2) ด้านการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ การจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ 3) ด้านกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ได้แก่ การดำเนินกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร การนำเสนอกิจกรรม/ผลงาน/นวัตกรรม 4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหาร ได้แก่ การดำเนินงานขององค์กรนักศึกษา การมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษา 5) ด้านการให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา ได้แก่ การแนะแนวให้คำปรึกษา การให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา 3. แนวทางพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 15 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 1) พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาตนเองของนักศึกษา 2) พัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 3) พัฒนาหอพักเป็นศูนย์ศึกษาและอาศัย 4) สนับสนุนด้านอาคารสถานที่ในการทำกิจกรรม และการให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา 5) ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง 6) พัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการคิดวิเคราะห์ของผู้เรียน 7) ส่งเสริมการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 8) กำหนดโครงสร้างกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรให้ครอบคลุมการส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษา โดยการบูรณาการระหว่างฝ่ายวิชาการ และฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา 9) ส่งเสริมการดำเนินกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับความถนัดและความสนใจของนักศึกษา 10) ส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรของนักศึกษา 11) สนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ผลงาน/นวัตกรรมของชมรม ทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน 12) พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ผู้ตาม และการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักศึกษา 13) ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหาร 14) พัฒนาการแนะแนว ให้คำปรึกษาที่มุ่งสัมฤทธิผลของนักศึกษา 15) พัฒนาหน่วยประสานงานและบริการนักศึกษา |
| Other Abstract: | To study and analyze the multiple intelligences of students in nursing colleges. The synthetic environment components to enhance the multiple intelligences of students. And to provide development of the environment within the nursing colleges to enhance multiple intelligences of students. The samples were (1) 75 four-year nursing students in each college and a total of 225 students. (2) 9 experts who evaluated a preliminary guild to provide development of the environment (3) 3 administrators in each college and a total of 9 administrators.The research instruments were test, questionnaire based on Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory ,and a preliminary guild to provide a development form. Date were analyzed descriptive statistics: mean, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1. Multiple Intelligences four aspects should be developed are: 1) Musical Intelligence 2) Verbal/Linguistic Intelligence 3) Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence 4) Spatial Intelligence. 2. The environment within the nursing college factors predict in each of the multiple intelligences with statistically significant at the 0.05 level, respectively.1) Interpersonal Intelligence, 55.50 percent 2) Logical-Mathematical Intelligence, 45.50% 3) Verbal/Linguistic Intelligence, 44.20% 4) Intrapersonal Intelligence, 42.50% 5) Spatial Intelligence, 41.80% 6) Naturalist Intelligence, 41.00% 7) Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, 40.30% and 8) Musical Intelligence, 38.50%. Five environmental factors affecting the enhancement of the multiple intelligences: 1) Physical which are space and equipment facilities for teaching, studying and learning, living, activities and recreation, and providing services to students, 2) Teaching and Learning which are including teaching theory and practice 3) Activities including Provide activities. Participation in extra curriculum activities. Proposed activity / work / innovations, 4) The participation in the management and operation of student organizations, the participation of students, 5) Providing services to students such as guidance and counseling, providing services to students. 3. The environment within the nursing college to enhance the multiple intelligences of students were 15 cases included 1) Development of information technology to promote learning and personal development of students, 2) Develop self-access learning center 3) Develop living and learning center a campus student center and the residence. 4) Support in building activity and services to students 5) Promotion student-centered Instruction 6) Development of instructional media 7) Promote Authentic assessment 8) Integrating the academic and Student Affairs structure to cover program activities to support multiple intelligences of students 9) Promotion of activities for students to meet the preferences and interests of students, 10) Promote participation in activities for students 11) Support the expansion of work / innovation community both within and outside the institution 12) Developing leadership and teamwork of students 13) Promote participation in the management 14) Develop guidance and counseling aimed at the achievement of students 15) Develop the coordination and student services. |
