| Abstract: | การศึกษาเรื่องปัญหาและความต้องการของชุมชนแออัดในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ถึงปัญหาและความต้องการด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมของผู้อยู่อาศัยในชุมชนแออัด ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี และวิเคราะห์ถึงความสัมพันธ์ทางพื้นที่ของทำเลที่ตั้งชุมชนแออัดกับการ ใช้ที่ดินในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี โดยมีแนวเหตุผลว่าชุมชนแออัดที่มีทำเลที่ตั้ง และขนาดของชุมชนแตกต่างกัน จะมีปัญหาและความต้องการที่ต่างกัน และมักมีความสัมพันธ์ทางพื้นที่กับการใช้ที่ดินประเภทพานิชยกรรม สำหรับแหล่งข้อมูลไต้จากเอกสาร แผนที่ และข้อมูลจากภาคสนามจากการเก็บแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 320 ชุด การวิเคราะห์ได้ใช้การทดสอบ T-test ในโปรแกรม SPSS For Window 11.5 เพี่อวิเคราะห์ถึงความแตกต่างของ ปัญหาและความต้องการระหว่างกลุ่มชุมชนแออัดที่แบ่งตามทำเลที่ตั้งชุมชน และขนาดชุมชน และใช้โปรแกรม สารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ Arcview 3.1 ช่วยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ร่วมกับข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถาม ในการหาความสัมพันธ์ ทางพื้นที่ของชุมชนแออัดกับการใช้ที่ดินในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มชุมชนแออัดที่แบ่งตามทำเลที่ตั้ง ได้แก่ ชุมชนแออัดชายทะเลและ ชุมชนแออัดตอนในมีปัญหาและความต้องการด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยพบว่าชุมชนแออัดตอนในมีปัญหาและความต้องการมากกว่าชุมชนแออัดชายทะเลทุกด้าน ส่วนกลุ่มชุมชนแออัดที่แบ่งตามขนาดชุมชน ได้แก่ ชุมชนแออัดขนาดเล็กมีปัญหาและความต้องการต้านเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยชุมชนขนาดใหญ่มีปัญหาและความต้องการ มากกว่าทั้งสองด้าน ส่วนปัญหาและความต้องการด้านกายภาพ พบว่าทั้งชุมชนขนาดเล็กและชุมชนขนาดใหญ่ มีปัญหาไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ทางพื้นที่ของชุมชนแออัดกับการใช้ที่ดิน พบว่า ชุมชนแออัดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางพื้นที่ กับการใช้ที่ดินประเภทพานิชยกรรม และพบว่าถึงแม้กลุ่มชุมชนแออัดชายทะเลจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ที่ดิน ประเภทพานิชยกรรมมากที่สุดเช่นเดียวกับกลุ่มชุมชนแออัดตอนใน แต่ก็มีอัตราส่วนที่ใกล้เคียงกับการใช้ที่ดินประเภท แหล่งน้ำและทะเล เนื่องจากประชากรในชุมชนแออัดกลุ่มชายทะเล เป็นชุมชนชาวประมงดั้งเดิมที่สืบทอดมาจาก บรรพบุรุษดังนั้นประชากรกลุ่มนี้ส่วนใหญ่ก็ยังสืบทอดอาชีพประมงมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this thesis in the title of Problems and Needs of Slums in the Chon Buri Municipality, Changwat Chon Bun, is to analyze the problems and needs in the several sectors of the slums in the Chon Buri Municipality, Changwat Chon Buri, such as physical, economic, and social sectors. Moreover, the relationship of the iocations and landuses in the area are analyzed based on the differences of locations and sizes of slums, which faces on the differences problems and needs. Furthermore, these problems have some frequently related to locations and landuses, especially in commercial type. Data using in this study received from the several sources, such as, text books, maps, and field data, with 320 questionnaires. Analysis methods have been used in this study can be divided into 2 parts, firstly, using of T-Test module in the SPSS software version 11.5 for Microsoft Windows analyses the differences of problems and needs of slums, which relied on locations and sizes of slums. Secondly, the relationship of the slums locations versus landuses in the Chon Buri Municipality are analyzed by using the geographical information software, ArcView version 3.1, which accompany with the data from the questionnaires. The result of this study, slums can be divided into 2 zones based on the locations, such as, the shore-line slums and the inner slums. There are the different values of statistics significant at 0.01 in terms of physical, economic, and social. The inner slums have more problems and needs than the shore-line slums in all sectors. Moreover, a small scale of slum has the problems and needs less than a big scale of slum in the economic and the social sectors with the values of statistics significant at 0.01. However, there are no different in the sector of physical needs. Furthermore, the locations of slums have related to the landuses in commerce. Even though the shore-line slums have related the land uses area in commerce as well as the inner slums, but also show the significant value of the land using in reservoir and sea, due to earn by fishery. |
