| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้านภาระรับผิดชอบต่อครอบครัวภาระรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนกับตัวแปรด้านปัญหาส่วนตัว และปัญหาด้านการปฏิบัติงานของครูมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 5 จำนวน 836 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูที่ประสบปัญหาด้านการปฏิบัติงานในระดับมาก มีแนวโน้มที่จะเป็นผู้ซึ่งอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมของโรงเรียนที่มีลักษณะการทำงานในสภาพที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ และอยู่ภายใต้การบริหารงานของผู้บริหารที่ดำเนินงานไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของคณะครู 2. ครูที่ประสบปัญหาส่วนตัวในระดับมาก มีแนวโน้มที่จะเป็นผู้ซึ่งมีรายได้ประจำส่วนตัวต่อเดือนน้อย เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการผ่อนหนี้ส่วนตัวต่อเดือนมาก มีจำนวนผู้อยู่ในอุปการะที่พักอยู่ด้วยและไม่ได้พักอยู่ด้วยมาก และสภาพการคมนาคมระหว่างบ้านกับโรงเรียนไม่สะดวก |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships between family responsibility, job responsibility, school environment, and problems of secondary school teachers in the Educational Region 5. The sample consisted of 836 secondary school teachers from the schools in the Educational region 5. The data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire and were analyzed by the method of Canonical Analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Teachers who highly encountered with working problems tended to be the ones working under the unsatisfactory administrator and in the school having unsatisfactory social and working conditions. 2. Teachers who highly encountered with personal problems tended to be the ones having a little personal income per month; a lot of expenses concerning personal dept per month; a large number of persons under their support; and inconvenient transportation. |
