| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการศึกษาของบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวทั้งในภาครัฐบาลและภาคเอกชน ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยัง[บุคลากร]ที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวทั้งในภาครัฐบาลและภาคเอกชน จำนวน 180 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 138 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.67 ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย การวิจัยสรุปผลได้ดังนี้คือ 1. การวางแผนและเตรียมการในการให้ความรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว ภาครัฐบาลเห็นความสำคัญของการทำระบบข้อมูล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุด ส่วนในการปฏิบัติการกำหนดนโยบายในการให้ความรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุด การประเมินผลการให้ความรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว ผู้ตอบให้ความสำคัญน้อยที่สุดรวมทั้งการปฏิบัติด้วยในภาคเอกชนเห็นความสำคัญของการอบรมบุคลากรมากที่สุด ส่วนการปฏิบัติได้มีการทำระบบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรู้ของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุด การประเมินผลการให้ความรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว และการจัดหาวิทยากรในท้องถิ่น ผู้ตอบให้ความสำคัญและเห็นว่ามีการปฏิบัติน้อยตามลำดับ 2. การให้ความรู้ในเรื่องต่าง ๆ แก่นักท่องเที่ยวนั้นพบว่าโดยส่วนรวมทั้งภาครัฐบาลและภาคเอกชน ต่างเน้นในเรื่องประวัติศาสตร์ ภูมิศาสตร์และศิลปวัฒนธรรม ส่วนความรู้ในเรื่องอื่น ๆ ที่มีความสำคัญในแง่ของการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการศึกษา อันได้แก่ความรู้เรื่องของธรรมชาติวิทยา และการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติยังมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับต่ำ 3. ทั้งภาครัฐบาลและภาคเอกชนยังใช้วิธีให้มัคคุเทศก์เป็นผู้เตรียมข้อมูลและให้ข้อมูลความรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวด้วยตนเองเป็นส่วนใหญ่ วิธีการนำเสนอข้อมูลแบบอื่น ๆ อันได้แก่การจัดหาวิทยากรรับเชิญ การใช้สไลด์และภาพยนตร์ประกอบการบรรยายยังมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับต่ำ 4. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการศึกษาได้แก่ การขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในเรื่องการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการศึกษา นักท่องเที่ยวมักสนใจแต่ความงดงามและความบันเทิง และการขาดเทคนิคที่จะส่งเสริมให้นักท่องเที่ยวสนในใฝ่รู้ |
| Other Abstract: | The main purpose of this study was to determine the opinions concerning educational tour of personnel in tourist industry form government and private sectors. A survey questionnaire was administered to 180 personnel who working in tourist industry form government and private sectors. The response rate to the questionnaire was 138, or 76.67 percent. Total responses on each questionnaire item were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results The major findings of the study revealed that 1. Concerning planning and preparation for educational tour, government personnel considered the information system for the tourist the most important and the evaluation of information presentation was the least important. Setting the policy was considered the most they did and the evaluation of information presentation was the least. The private sectors personnel considered the important of tourist personnel training the most and the least in the evaluation of information presentation. The information system for the tourist was considered the most they did and preparing local guest speaker was the least. 2. Concerning educational information presented to tourist, both government and private sectors have the information limited with in the area of history, geography, and arts and culture. Other information considered important for educational tour are rarely presented to tourists, especially information regarding natural science and natural conservation. 3. Concerning means of presenting educational information to tourist both government and private sectors still emphasize the role of tourist guide in preparing and presenting information to tourist. Other means such as the use of local guest speaker, Slides and movies in the presentation were limitedly utilized. 4. Problems and obstracles in organizing educational tour were a lack of knowledgeable and experienced personnel, most tourist focused on aesthetic things or recreational benefits, and a lack of technique to promote tourists in acquiring educational knowledge. |
