| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของงานเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาในวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้สื่อการสอนของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม 3. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความต้องการของอาจารย์ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคามและครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในชุมชนใกล้เคียงวิทยาลัย ที่มีต่อการใช้สื่อการสอน และการจัดตั้งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 4. เพื่อสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำหรับจัดตั้งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม 5. เพื่อเสนอแนะโครงการจัดตั้งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาสำหรับวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 1. รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับอาจารย์ 118 คน นักศึกษา 25 คน และครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในชุมชนใกล้เคียงวิทยาลัย 25 คน 2. นำแบบสอบถามที่ได้รับคืนมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติผลการวิจัย 1. อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคามส่วนใหญ่รู้จักและมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ประกอบการสอน แต่ใช้น้อยเป็นบางครั้งบางคราวเท่านั้น เพราะเนื้อหาวิชาในบางบทเรียนไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ วิทยาลัยไม่มีโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ที่ต้องการและไม่ได้รับความสะดวกในการใช้บริการของแผนกโสตทัศนคติศึกษาของวิทยาลัย 2. วิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคามมีโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ต่างๆ เป็นจำนวนมากแต่มีปัญหาด้านบุคลากรไม่เพียงพอและได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนน้อย จึงทำให้ไม่สามารถจัดบริการสื่อการสอนต่างๆ แก่อาจารย์ นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม และโรงเรียนในชุมชนใกล้เคียงวิทยาลัยได้อย่างเต็มที่ 3. อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม ได้รับบริการสื่อการสอนต่างๆ จากแผนกโสตทัศนศึกษาของวิทยาลัยน้อย และไม่เคยได้รับการอบรมการผลิตและการใช้สื่อการสอนเลย 4. นักศึกษาฝึกสอนของวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคามส่วนใหญ่ มีความรู้ และมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการใช้อุปกรณ์การสอน แต่ประสบปัญหาในการผลิต และใช้อุปกรณ์การสอนมาก เพราะไม่มีแหล่งช่วยผลิตและให้ยืมอุปกรณ์การสอน ทำให้ไม่สามารถผลิตและจัดหาอุปกรณ์การสอนที่ดีมีประสิทธิภาพมาประกอบการสอนได้ 5. ครูประถมศึกษาในชุมชนใกล้เคียงวิทยาลัย ประสบปัญหาขาดแคลนอุปกรณ์การสอน ไม่มีวัสดุในการผลิต ไม่มีทุนที่จะจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์การสอน และบริการด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาต่างๆ ที่ได้รับจากแผนกโสตทัศนศึกษา วิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม ได้รับเฉพาะด้านการเผยแพร่สื่อการสอนใหม่ๆ ให้ทราบ แต่ก็น้อยมาก ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ นั้นไม่เคยได้รับเลย 6. อาจารย์ ร้อยละ 77.12 นักศึกษา ร้อยละ 88.00 และครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในชุมชนใกล้เคียงวิทยาลัย ร้อยละ 84.00 มีความต้องการและเห็นว่าจำเป็นมากที่จะต้องมีศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคาม และเห็นด้วยกับบริการต่างๆ ที่ศูนย์จะจัดให้ ข้อเสนอแนะ1.ควรดำเนินการจัดตั้งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยครูมหาสารคามขึ้นตามโครงการที่เสนอในวิทยานิพนธ์นี้ 2. ควรได้มีการสำรวจความจำเป็นและความต้องการด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของอาจารย์เป็นระยะๆ และจัดหาบริการด้านต่างๆ เหล่านั้นให้ตามต้องการ 3. ควรดำเนินการร่วมมือกันระหว่างศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครูในกลุ่มภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือในด้านการผลิตและการแลกเปลี่ยนสื่อการสอนและนวกรรมทางการศึกษาต่างๆ 4. ควรจะได้ศึกษาวิจัยสภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ในวิทยาลัยครูเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบศูนย์ บทบาท และหน้าที่ต่างๆ ของศูนย์ 5. ควรขยายขอบข่ายงานโครงการด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของวิทยาลัย ให้สามารถบริการแก่ชุมชนในท้องถิ่น จังหวัดมหาสารคาม และจังหวัดใกล้เคียงได้อย่างทั่วถึง |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes : 1. To study the present settings of educational Technology in Mahasarakam Teachers’ College. 2. To study the problems of instructional media utilization by Mahasarakam Teachers’ College’s instructors. 3. To study opinions and desires of Mahasarakam Teachers' College, instructors and students, and elementary Teachers in nearby schools on instructional media utilization and the establishment of an Educational Technology Center at Mahasarakam Teachers’ College. 4. To survey and analyze data concerning the establishment of an Educational Technology Center for Makasarakam Teachers’ College. 5. To make suggestions about the Project for Establishment of an Educational Technology Center at Makasarakam Teachers’ College. Procedure 1. Gathering of data by means of questionnaires from 118 instructors, 25 students and 25 elementary teachers from nearby schools. 2. After the questionnaires were completed and returned, data were analyzed for statistical evaluation. Results : 1. Most of the College’s instructors knew and had good attitudes towards instructional media utilization, but showed low frequency of use because they found no need to do so in some subjects, the College did not provide the media they wanted, and they did not have convenience in services provided by present Audio - visual Center of the College. 2. The College had a wide variety of instructional media but there were problems of lacking personnels and supporting budgets which led to inefficient services provided for instructors, students and elementary teachers. 3. The College’s instructors received only a few number of services from the present College’s Audio - visual Center and never received trainings on instructional media production and utilization. 4. Most of the College’s teacher students had a knowledge on and had good attitudes towards instructional media utilization but they encountered many problems of production and utilization because there was no place where they could ask for helps in production or borrow those media. So they couldn’t find sufficient instructional media. 5. Elementary School teachers were faced with the problems of lacking instructional materials and financial supports, and They were dimly acknowledged of modern instructional media but never received any more service from The present College'ร Audio - Visual Center. 6. Most of the research population, (77.12 % of instructors, 88.00 % of students, and 84.00 % of elementary teachers), felt the great needs for the establishment of an Educational Technology Center at Mahasarakam Teachers' College, and they agreed with every service to be provided by the establishing Center. Suggestions : 1. An Educational Technology Center should be urgently established at Mahasarakam Teachers’ College. 2. The College should survey the education technological needs of its instructors regularly, and provide them with what they need. 3. The College should established cooperation at a regional level with other teachers colleges' educational technology centers, especially, in production and exchanging of instructional media and educational innovations. 4. The Co liege should study and research deeper into the formations, roles, and obligations of educational technology center. 5. The College should expand its educational technology servicing network to cover all local communities in Mahasarakam and nearby provinces. |
