| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของแบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อมในวิทยาลัย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตร อาจารย์ เพื่อน และสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพกับแบบเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ หาตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์แบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 374 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพแวดล้อมในวิทยาลัย และแบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงแล้ว ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยของแบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่องอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ค่าเฉลี่ยของแบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่องในแต่ละด้านคือ ด้านการแข่งขันกับตนเองหรือระหว่างกลุ่ม และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในชั้นเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก ขณะที่แบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการให้ความร่วมมือในชั้นเรียนและด้านการค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองอย่างอิสระอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. สภาพแวดล้อมในวิทยาลัย ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ หลักสูตร อาจารย์ เพื่อน และสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับแบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่องอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .253, .273, .506 และ .283 ตามลำดับ) 4. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์แบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณะสุข ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ตามลำดับ คือ สภาพแวดล้อมในวิทยาลัยด้านเพื่อนและอาจารย์ ซึ่งรวมกันพยากรณ์แบบการเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง ได้ร้อยละ 26.60 (R² = .2660) ได้สมการทำนายดังต่อไปนี้ Y = 2.236 + .257 PEERS + .057 FACUL (สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ) Z = .468 PEERS + .106 FACUL (สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน) |
| Other Abstract: | This research was designed to study the desirable learning styles of nursing students, continuing program in nursing colleges under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, and the relationships between 4 college environments (curriculum, faculty, peers and physical environment) and desirable learning styles, and to search for the variables that would be able to predict the desirable learning sty les of nursing students in continuing program . The subjects consisted of 3 74 third year nursing students selected by simple random sampling. Research instruments were questionnaires developed by the researcher and has been tested for their validity and reliability. Major findings were as follows : 1. Mean score of desirable learning style of nursing students in continuing program as a whole was a moderate level. 2. Mean scores of desirable learning styles of nursing students in continuing program in the -aspects of competition with themselves or between groups and participation in class were at high level, whiles desirable learning styles in the aspects of collaboration in c lass and independent study were at moderate level . 3. There were positive relationships between 4 college environments curriculum , faculty, peers and physical environment )and desirable learning styles of nursing students in continuing program and significant at .01 level. (r = .253 , .273, .506 and .283 respectively) 4. Factors that predicted desirable learning styles of nursing students in continuing program were peers and faculty and sig2ificant at .05 level. These predictors accounted for 26.60 percent (R = .2660) of the varience.
