| Abstract: | การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุประสิทธิผลในการ บริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 3) เพื่อทดสอบความ ไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ พ.ศ. 2544 และสถานศึกษาเครือข่ายของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ พ.ศ. 2544 จำนวนทั้งสิน 665 คน ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรภายในแฝง 6 ตัวแปร คือ ประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้ โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะครูผู้สอน และปัจจัยด้านการจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ ตัวแปรภายนอกแฝง 1 ตัวแปร คือ ปัจจัยด้านบริบทโรงเรียนโดยตัวแปรดังกล่าววัดจากตัวแปรสังเกตได้รวมทั้งสิน 39 ตัวแปร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมี ความเที่ยงในการวัดตัวแปรสังเกตได้แต่ละตัวตั้งแต่ .69-,98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติภาคบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างกลุ่มพหุโดยใช้หลักการของโมเดลลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อ ประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา และตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรม โรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านบริบทโรงเรียน โดยปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน ส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านปัจจัยด้านลักษณะ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และปัจจัยด้านการจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ สำหรับปัจจัยด้าน บริบทโรงเรียนนั้น ส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านปัจจัยด้านลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้าน การจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ โดยตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิรวมสูงสุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ 2. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานโดยภาพรวม มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล เชิงประจักษ์โดยให้ค่าไค-สแควร์=.979, p=.806, df=3, GFI=1.00, AGFI=.996 และ RMR=.142 ตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถ อธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานได้ร้อยละ 77.4 3. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุประสิทธิผลในการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานมีความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของรูปแบบโมเดลระหว่าง กลุ่มผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนโดยให้ค่าไค-สแควร์=4.026, df=6, p=.667, GFI=.991, NFI=.999, RFI=.994 และ RMR=.0178 และ ไม่มีความแปรเปลี่ยนของค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์อิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุระหว่างตัวแปรภายในแฝง ค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์อิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุจากตัวแปรภายนอกแฝงไปยังตัวแปรภายในแฝง และค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์ความแปรปรวน-ความแปรปรวนร่วมระหว่างความคลาดเคลื่อนในการวัดตัวแปรภายในแฝง |
| Other Abstract: | There were 3 purposes of this causal relationship research: 1) to develop the causal model of school- based management effectiveness, 2) to validate the model with empirical data and 3) to examine an invariance of the causal model of school-based management effectiveness across administrators and teachers. The research participants were 665 administrators and teachers in the schools of ideal school administrators B.E. 2544 and school networks of the ideal school administrators. The research variables were 6 internal latent variables consisting of school-based management effectiveness, school culture, characteristics of administrator, characteristics of school committee, teachers and management information system as well as the external latent variable was school context which were measured by 39 indicators as observe variables. The research instruments were questionnaires which had the reliability coefficients of each variables ranging from .69-.98. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's Product Moment correlation coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple group structural equation model analysis by using the principle of LISREL model. The research findings were as follows: 1) The causal model of school-based management effectiveness consisted of direct effect variables: management information system, and characteristics of administrator as well as indirect effect variables: school culture which intervened administrator, committee and management information system and school context which intervened administrator, school culture and management information system. The highest total affecting variable was management information system. 2) The overview of the causal model of school-based management effectiveness was fitted with empirical data having Chi-square=.979, p=.806, df=3, GFI=1, AGFK996, and RMR=.142. The variables in the model accounted for 77.4% of school-based management effectiveness. 3) The causal model of school-based management effectiveness had invariance across administrators and teachers, Chi-square=4.026, df=6, p=.667, GFI=.991, NFI=.999, RFI=.994, and RMR=.0178. There was not invariance of causal relationship metrics parameter between the internal latent variables, the parameter of causal relationship from the external latent variables to the internal latent variables and the variance-covariance metrics parameter between the error of measuring internal latent variables. |
