dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องของการปฏิบัติ และปัญหาของการจัดการประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาเอกการประถมศึกษา หลักสูตรปริญญา 4 ปี ในเรื่องการปฏิบัติตามวิธีการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ที่คณะพัฒนาหลักสูตร โครงการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการฝึกหัดครู พุทธศักราช 2524 ได้วางแนวทางไว้ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำการศึกษาจากประชากรจำนวน 642 คน ซึ่งได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครู 4 แห่ง คือ วิทยาลัยครูบุรีรัมย์ วิทยาลัยครูสุรินทร์ วิทยาลัยครูอุบลราชธานี และวิทยาลัยครูอุดรธานี ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่วิทยาลัยครูทั้ง 4 แห่งส่งนักศึกษาออกไปฝึกงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ สรุปผลการวิจัย 1 .การดำเนินการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาเอกการประถมศึกษา หลักสูตรปริญญา 4 ปี โดยทั่วไปค่อนข้างมีปัญหา ดำเนินการให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางที่กำหนดไว้ในหลักสูตรได้ไม่มากนัก 2. ปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสรุปได้ดังนี้ 2.1 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1-3 ประสบปัญหาในเรื่องต่อไปนี้ คือ การสังเกตการเรียนการสอน การจัดโรงเรียน พฤติกรรมในการทำงานของครู การจัดหา การใช้และการเก็บรักษาสื่อการเรียนการสอน การแก้ไขเด็กที่มีปัญหาในการทำแบบฝึกหัดเป็นรายบุคคล การฝึกสร้างและการใช้เครื่องมือประเมินผลแบบต่างๆ ฝึกงานแนะแนว และปัญหาในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาโรงเรียนและชุมชน ปัญหาดังกล่าวและส่วนใหญ่เกิดขึ้นจากความไม่สอดคล้องระหว่างเวลาที่นักศึกษาใช้ในการฝึกงาน กับปริมาณงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติ 2.2 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 มีปัญหาเล็กน้อยเกี่ยวกับการสอนให้ครบทุกกลุ่มประสบการณ์ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เพราะโรงเรียนบางแห่งไม่สามารถจัดให้ได้ 2.3 ปัญหาทั่วไปในการดำเนินงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอนและอาจารย์นิเทศก์ไม่สามารถติดตามดูแลนักศึกษาที่ออกไปฝึกงานได้อย่างเพียงพอ ขาดแคลนอาจารย์นิเทศก์ที่มีความสนใจ การประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกวิทยาลัยครูยังไม่ดีพอ ความไม่พอเพียงในการจัดอบรมอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนงบประมาณสนับสนุนโครงการไม่เพียงพอ และปัญหานักศึกษาไม่ได้รับความเอาใจใส่ช่วยเหลือจากนิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียน
dc.description.abstractalternativePurpose of the study : This study was to investigate the correspondence between students’ practice and the process of field experiences stated in the Teachers' Training Curriulum Development Project; B.E. 2524. Methodology : This study surveyed 642 populations from the administrative staff, faculty members and the students of the teachers’ colleges of Burirum, Surin, Ubonrachathani and Udonthani, the school administrators, and the school supervisors in which the students from those four colleges practiced teaching. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, an analysis of variance and the significant difference test of Scheffe's Method were used to analyze the data. Findings : 1. Generally, there were problems in management of field experiences for four-year students the results found that the administrators and supervisors at Teachers’ colleges and schools could not manage field experienees at the first year to fourth year in accordance with those stated in the curriculum. 2. The problems in practice of the field experiences could be briefly stated as follow : 2.1 The first, second and third year students faced these major problems; the problem of observation; school management; study of teacher behavior; preparing and using instructional aids ; student evaluation; join with the students governing activities; preparing and teaching short period lessons; student guidance; practice the school and community development task. Mostly, those problems caused by student teachers inappropriate time allowed during the field practice session and the vast amount of jobs assigned. 2.2 For the fourth year students, there were only minor problems that the student teachers could not teach every subject in elementary schools because some schools could not organize that program for them. 2.3 The problems in general concerned with the field experience; the instructors and the school supervisors were unable supervise to field practice students because of their time limited and they were not willing to devote to do their jobs; unsufficient cooperation between colleges and schools; and limitation of finance supported to the programme.
