| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ตามตัวแปร เพศ และเขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน (ในเขตและนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล) ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง ตัวอย่างประชากร ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 480 คน เป็นเพศชาย 240 คน และเพศหญิง 240 คน จากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ในเขตการศึกษา 5 จำนวน 48 โรงเรียน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 480 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า ‘ที’ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในเขตการศึกษา 5 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ นักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิงมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นักเรียนในโรงเรียนในเขตกับนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในเขตการศึกษา 5 มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี นักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิง และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนในเขตกับนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในเขตการศึกษา 5 มีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี นักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิง และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนในเขตกับนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล มีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับทันตสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the study were to investigate and to compare the knowledge, attitude and practice concerning dental health of Prathom Suksa Six students. The independent variables were sexes and school locations (inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area schools). Four hundred and eighty students, 240 boys and 240 girls of Prathom Suksa Six from 48 primary schools under the Jurisdiction of the National Primary Education Commission in Educational Region Five were randomly sampled. Students were asked to respond to the questionnaires developed by the researcher. All or 100 percent of the questionnaires were returned and then anylyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. A t-test was applied to determine the significant differences. The findings were as follows: 1. The students’ knowledge towards the dental health was in the moderate level. There was a statistically significant difference at .05 level between male and female students, but there was no statistically significant difference at .05 level between students inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area schools. 2. The students’ attitude towards the dental health was in the good level. There were statistically significant differences at the .05 level between 1) male and female students, and 2) students inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area schools. 3. The students’ practice towards the dental health was in the fair level. There were statistically significant differences at the .05 level between 1) male and female students, and 2) students inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area schools. |
