| Abstract: | จุดมุ่งหมายในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ 1.เพื่อหาเกณฑ์ปกติของการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2.เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมของการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร 3.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครกับค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการที่เหมาะสม 4.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐบาลกับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชน ค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์แย่งออกเป็น 2 ค่า คือ 1.อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ 2.อัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักเรียน ซึ่งค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เหมาะสม ผู้วิจัยใช้ตามเกณฑ์ของ UNESCO คือร้อยละ 75 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสำรวจการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยดัดแปลงมาจากแบบสำรวจการใช้ห้องเรียนของหน่วยวิจัยสถาบัน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 20 โรง ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. เกณฑ์ปกติของอัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครเท่ากับร้อยละ 64.90 และเกณฑ์ปกติของอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักเรียนเท่ากับร้อยละ 122.45 2. การใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครเป็นไปอย่างไม่เหมาะสมคือ โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ดัดแปลงห้องเรียนเป็นห้องปฏิบัติการทำให้ได้ห้องปฏิบัติการที่มีขนาดคับแคบกว่าขนาดมาตรฐาน นอกจากนี้บางโรงเรียนยังใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ในการสอนวิชาอื่นอีกด้วย 3. อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ส่วนอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 99% 4. อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลเท่ากับร้อยละ 72.45 ของโรงเรียนเอกชนเท่ากับร้อยละ 57.35 อัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักเรียนของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลเท่ากับร้อยละ 131.77 ของโรงเรียนเอกชนเท่ากับร้อยละ 113.13 ซึ่งความแตกต่างของอัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐบาลกับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของเอกชนไม่มีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were (1)to find the normal expectancy of the utilization of science laboratories in secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis. (2)to study the appropriate utilization of the secondary schools, (3)to compare utilization of the science laboratories in government secondary schools with that in private secondary school. In studying the utilization of the laboratories, two values considered were room utilization and space utilization. The appropriate utilization using UNESCO standard criteria is 75%. In collecting data, the researcher used the Science Laboratories Survey Form modified from the School Building Survey From of the Research Unit Chulalongkorn University. The data had been gathered from twenty secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis by stratified random sampling method. The results obtained were as follows: (1) The normal expectancy of the room utilization was 64.90% while that of the space utilization was 122.45%. (2) The utilization of science laboratories in Bangkok Metropolis secondary schools was not appropriate. Most of the schools had altered the classrooms to science laboratories. This caused such laboratory size smaller than the standard one. Moreover, some schools had also used the science laboratories for teaching other subjects as well. (3) The room utilization was lower than the optimum at 95% level of confidence but the space utilization was higher than the optimum at 99% level of confidence. (4) The room utilization in government secondary schools was 72.45% while in private schools it was 57.35%. The space utilization was 131.77% in government secondary schools and 113.13% in private ones. There was no significant difference between the room utilization in the government schools and the private schools at 95% level of confidence. |
