dc.description.abstractความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาการใช้เวลาในการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้เวลาในการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน 3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและสิ่งรบกวนที่ทำให้เกิดความสูญเปล่าของเวลาที่ใช้ในการบริหาร ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการในเขตการศึกษา 11 ทุกโรงเรียนโดยไม่มีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบเทคนิคการสังเกตและสัมภาษณ์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงการใช้เวลาในการบริหารงานทั้ง 5 ด้าน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วเปรียบเทียบโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) ของสถาบันบริการคอมพิวเตอร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เป็นเครื่องมือช่วย ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตการศึกษา 11 ใช้เวลาในการบริหารงานทั้ง 5 ด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ งานวิชาการ 26.81% งานธุรการ การเงิน และอาคารสถานที่ 22.11% งานด้านบุคคล 21.67% งานด้านกิจการนักเรียน 15.74% และงานด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 13.66% 2. งานที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแต่ละขนาดใช้เวลาในการบริหารไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 คือ งานด้านวิชาการ งานด้านบุคคลและงานด้านกิจการนักเรียน งานที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแต่ละขนาดใช้เวลาในการบริหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 คือ งานด้านธุรการ การเงิน อาคารสถานที่และงานด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 3. งานที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนได้ใช้เวลาปฏิบัติด้วยตนเองในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อยคือ งานธุรการ การเงิน อาคารสถานที่ งานด้านบุคคล งานด้านกิจการนักเรียน งานด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน และงานด้านวิชาการ 4. จากการเฝ้าสังเกต งานที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนใช้เวลาปฏิบัติด้วยตนเองมากที่สุดในแต่ละวัน ที่เห็นได้เด่นชัดที่สุด คือ งานด้านธุรการ การเงิน และอาคารสถานที่ 5. สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการสูญเสียเวลาในการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน คือ งบประมาณการใช้จ่ายไม่เพียงพอ ขาดยานพาหนะในการไปติดต่อราชการ ความล่าช้าของหน่วยงานอื่นที่ติดต่อด้วย และการส่งข่าวสารไม่สะดวก
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes 1. To study the use of time in Administration of the Secondary School Administrators. 2. To compare the use of time in Administration in various size of secondary schools. 3. To study problems and disturbances causing causing time wastage in administration of the Secondary School Administrators. Procedures The population used in this research included Secondary School Administrators under the Department of General Education, in Education Region Eleven. The instruments used to collect the data included rating scale questionnaire, observation technique and personal interview. Data were analyzed by using percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviation, F-test, and S-Method. Results 1. The use of time of the Administrators was indicated as follows : academic affairs, 26% ; school business, 22% ; personnel management, 21% ; student activities, 15% ; and school – community relations, 13%. 2. The use of time of the Administrators concerning academic affairs, personnel management, and student activities, as compared with the size of the secondary school, was not significantly different at .01 level. But the use of time of the Administrators concerning school business and school – community relations was significantly different at .01 level. 3. The tasks that the Administrators themselves performed were ranked, according to the amount of time they used, as follows : 1) school business, 2) personnel management, 3) student activities, 4) school – community relations, and 5) academic affairs. 4. By way of observation, School Business was the area task in which the Administrators spent most of the time. 5. The obstacles that wasted the time of the Administrators were lack of budgeting, lack of vehicles, red – tape, and inefficient communication.
