| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษา กับสถานภาพส่วนตัว ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานทัศนคติต่อการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน ขวัญของครู และความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ปฏิบัติงานในเขตการศึกษา 12 จำนวน 519 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสถานภาพส่วนตัวและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานและแบบสำรวจ 4 ฉบับคือ แบบสำรวจทัศนคติต่อการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน แบบสำรวจขวัญของครู แบบสำรวจพฤติกรรมความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูใหญ่ แบบสำรวจการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (Multiple Correlation) และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลแต่ละลักษณะ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษาทั้ง 35 ลักษณะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความสัมพันธ์กับ สถานภาพส่วนตัว ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ทัศนคติต่อการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน ขวัญของครู และความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูใหญ่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีค่าสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.175 ถึง 0.426 มีค่าสัดส่วนความแปรปรวนที่พยากรณ์ได้ (R2) ตั้งแต่ 0.035 ถึง 0.136 2. ตัวพยากรณ์ที่ทำนายการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษาจำนวน 35 ลักษณะ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติได้ตั้งแต่ ร้อยละ 25 ของลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานคือ 2.1 ทัศนคติต่อการวัดและประเมินผล ทำนายการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ร้อยละ 42.86 ของลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมด 2.2 การเข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษาทำนายการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติร้อยละ 37.14 ของลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมด 2.3 การเข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วุฒิ สถานภาพสมรส ทำนายการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของครูประถมศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติร้อยละ 25.17 ของลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมด |
| Other Abstract: | The study was designed to investigate the relationship between the work performance in measurement and evaluation of the elementary School Teaches and personal status, work experience, attitude toward measurement and evaluation, morale of teachers and academic leadership of the principals. The sample consisted of 519 elementary School Teachers in Educational Region twelve. Five forms of questionnaires were used to collect data. The multiple corrilation model was employed to analyze the relationship between 35 oriterion variablea and 37 predictor variables, the multiple regression equations for prediction the work performance in measurement and evaluation of elementary School Teachers in each type of performance were also analyzed and presented. The findings were: - 1. Five groups of the predictor variables: personal status, work experience, attitide toward measurement and evaluation, morale of teachers and academic leadership of principals were linearly related with the work performance in measurement and evaluation of elementary School Teachers statistically significance at the .05 level. The multiple correlation between 37 predictor variables and the work performance in measurement and evaluation of elementary School Teachers and the coefficience of correlation were 0.175 to 0.426 and 0.035 to 0.136. 2. The predictor variables which predicted 35 type of work performance in measurement and evaluation of elementary School Teachers statistically significance from 25 to 100 percentage of the work performance were as following. 2.1 attitude toward measurement and evaluation predicted the work performance in measurement and evaluation statistically significance about 42.86 percentage of all work performance. 2.2 The frequency of measurement and evaluation training of the teachers predicted the work performance in measurement and evaluation statistically significance about 37.14 percentage ofall work performance 2.3 Degree, marriage status and curriculum training of the teachers predicted the work performance in measurement and evaluation statistically significance about 25.71 percentage of all work performance. |
