| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเคราะห์ความสามารถของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบคิด และการกำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาล และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการรวบรวมข้อมูล และการกำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาที่มีความแตกต่างกันโดยประสบการณ์และสังกัด กลุ่มตัว อย่างประชากรคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 135 คน เลือกโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือเทปโทรทัศน์สถานการณ์จำลองแบบทดสอบที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย ทดสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเที่ยง ภายในโดยมีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบทดสอบเท่ากับ .89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์ของแมคไกวในการวิเคราะห์ความสามารถในการรวบรวมข้อมูลและแบบคิดวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ร่วมกับวิธีของเซฟเฟในการเปรียบเทียบความสามารถของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีประสบการณ์และสังกัดต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พยาบาลรวิชาชีพส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถ รวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบการวินิจฉัยการพยาบาลกำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาลในระดับต่ำ 2. พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปี - 6 ปี มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลสูงกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีและต่ำกว่า มากกว่า 1 ปี- 3 ปี และมากกว่า 6 ปีขึ้นไปอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. พยาบาลวิชาชีพสังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร และทบวงมหาทยาลัยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลสูงกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารสุข และสภากาชาดไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. พยาบาลชีพส่วนใหญ่ มีแบบคิดไม่มีหลักการในการวินิจฉัยการพยาบาล และส่วนน้อยมีแบบคิด พิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบ 5. พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ มากกว่า 3 ปี- 6 ปี มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถกำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาสูงกว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีและต่ำกว่า มากกว่า 1 ปี- 3 ปี มากกว่า 6 ปี ขึ้นไปอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 6. พยาบาลวิชาชีพสังกัด ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย และกระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถกำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาลสูงกว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพสังกัด สภากาชาดไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were (1) to analyze professional nurses' abilities in using cues in thinking styles and in making the nursing diagnosis and (2) to compare those abilities classified by working experiences and employers' agencies under different jurisdictions. The sample were 135 professional nurses selected by using the multistage sampling method, videotape simulation and the test developed by the investigators were used to collect data. Those instruments were tested for content validity and internal reliability which the test reliability was .89. McGuire's method was used to analyze abilities in making cues and thinking styles and one way analysis of variance cooperated with Scheffe's methods were selected to compare abilities- The major finding were : 1. Most professional nurses showed a low level of competency in using cues for making nursing diagnosis. 2. Professional nurses with 3-6 years of experiences had higher abilities than those who have been working 1 year and lower, 1-3 years and greater, and greater than 6 years at .05 significant level. 3. Professional nurses under the jurisdiction of Metropolitan Hospitals and the Ministry of University Affairs showed higher ability in using cues for making nursing diagnosis than those under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Plealth and Thai Red Cross Hospital at .05 significant level. 4. Most professional nurses used random thinking style in making nursing diagnosis and only few showed thorough and discrimination thinking styles. 5. Professional nurses with 3-6 years' experience had higher ability than those who have been working 1 year and lower, 1-3 years and greater, and greater than 6 years at .05 significant level. 6. Professional nurses under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs and the Ministry of Public Health showed higher ability in formulating nursing diagnosis statements than those under the jurisdiction of Red Cross Hospital at .05 significant level. |
