| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบภูมิหลังและปัญหาส่วนตัวของนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์กับนิสิตสภาพปกติ และศึกษาลักษณะภูมิหลังและปัญหาส่วนตัวของนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างสุ่มมาจากนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ และนิสิตสภาพปกติที่มีแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมตั้งแต่ 2.50 ขึ้นไป ของทุกคณะ เป็นจำนวน 302 และ 789 คน ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามภูมิหลังและปัญหาส่วนตัว นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ทดสอบแบบไคสแควร์ ทดสอบค่าที และวิเคราะห์จำแนกประเภท โดยวิธี วิเคราะห์แบบมีขั้นตอน ผลของการศึกษาพบว่า 1.นิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ และนิสิตสภาพปกติมีความแตกต่างกันในด้านเพศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในคณะอักษรศาสตร์ คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี คณะรัฐศาสตร์ คณะครุศาสตร์ คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ และรวมทุกคณะ และมีความแตกต่างกันในด้านที่พักขณะกำลัง ศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในคณะรัฐศาสตร์ คณะครุศาสตร์ คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ และรวมทุกคณะ แต่ไม่พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันในด้านภูมิลำเนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.ตัวแปรจำแนกที่สำคัญ ซึ่งมีแนวโน้มที่จะเป็นลักษณะของแต่ละกลุ่มของในแต่ละคณะ ดังนี้ 2.1 คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการปรับตัวด้านการ เรียน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางเพศ และด้านอนาคต เกี่ยวกับอาชีพและการศึกษา กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติได้แก่ แต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า และปัญหาส่วนตัวด้าน กิจกรรมและบริการของมหาวิทยาลัย 2.2 คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านอนาคตเกี่ยวกับอาชีพและการศึกษา จำนวนพี่น้องทั้งหมด และระดับการศึกษาของบิดา กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านสุขภาพ แต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า และจำนวนพี่น้องที่จบชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า 2.3 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของบิดา และปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านสุขภาพ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของมารดา และจำนวนพี่น้องที่จบชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือ เทียบเท่า 2.4 คณะรัฐศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านเพื่อน และการ เข้าสังคม และด้านอนาคต เกี่ยวกับอาชีพและการศึกษา กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ แต้ม เฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า และปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านบุคลิกภาพ 2.5 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการปรับตัวด้านการ เรียน กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านกิจกรรมและบริการของมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวนพี่น้องที่จบชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่าและแต้ม เฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือ เทียบ เท่า 2.6 คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการปรับตัวด้านการ เรียน กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านอนาคต เกี่ยวกับอาชีพและการศึกษา และแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า 2.7 คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ แต้ม เฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5หรือ เทียบ เท่า 2.8 คณะนิติศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการ เงินและระดับการศึกษาของมารดา กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านกิจกรรมและบริการของมหาวิทยาลัย 2.9 คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของบิดา และปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านบุคลิกภาพ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของมารดา อายุ และแต้ม เฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า 2.10 รวมทุกคณะ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการปรับตัว ด้านการเรียน และด้านการเงิน กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพปกติ ได้แก่ แต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ. 5 หรือเทียบ เท่า ปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านบุคลิกภาพ และด้านกิจกรรมและบริการของมหาวิทยาลัย 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบโดยการทดสอบค่าทีในแต่ละคณะ ได้ข้อค้นพบดังนี้ 3.1 คณะอักษรศาสตร์ นิสิตสภาพปกติมีแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่าสูงกว่านิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.2 คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ นิสิตสภาพปกติมีแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือ เทียบเท่าสูงทว่านิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ มีปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการปรับตัวด้านการ เรียน และด้านอนาคต เกี่ยวกับอาชีพและการศึกษามากกว่า นิสิตสภาพปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.3 คณะครุศาสตร์ นิสิตสภาพปกติมีแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือ เทียบเท่า และจำนวนพี่น้องที่จบชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่าสูงกว่าหรือมากกว่านิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ มีปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านการเงินมากกว่านิสิตสภาพ ปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.4 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ กลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ มีอายุและจำนวนครั้งในการสอบ เข้า มหาวิทยาลัยมากกว่านิสิตสภาพปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนิสิตสภาพปกติมี แต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า และปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านกิจกรรมและบริการของมหาวิทยาลัย สูงกว่าหรือมากกว่านิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.5 คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ นิสิตสภาพปกติมีแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่าสูงกว่านิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ มีปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านเพื่อนและการเข้าสังคมมากกว่านิสิตสภาพปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3.6 คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ นิสิตสภาพปกติมีปัญหาส่วนตัวด้านเพื่อนและการเข้าสังคมมากกว่านิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ลักษณะภูมิหลังของกลุ่มนิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ เป็นนิสิตชาย อายุ 20-22 ปี มีแต้มเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่าประมาณ 2.63 มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ขณะศึกษาพักอยู่กับบิดามารดา สอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย เพียงครั้งเดียว และเลือกคณะที่ศึกษาในอันดับที่ 1-2 มีพี่น้องทั้งหมด 4-6 คน เป็นบุตรคนที่ 1-3 พี่น้องที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่หรือจบชั้น ม.ศ.5 หรือเทียบเท่า มี 1-3 คน ระดับการศึกษาของบิดามารดาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษาถึงมัธยมศึกษา นิสิตสภาพวิทยาทัณฑ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีปัญหาส่วนตัวมากที่สุดในด้านการ ปรับตัวด้านการ เรียน รองลงมาคือ ด้านหลักสูตรและการสอน และด้านอนาคต เกี่ยวกับอาชีพและ การศึกษา มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุดในด้านบ้านและความ เป็นอยู่ครอบครัว |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to compare backgrounds and personal problems between probational and ordinary students and to study backgrounds and personal problems of Chulalongkorn University probational students. The sample, randomly selected, consisted of 302 probational students and 789 ordinary students with higher than 2.50 cumulative grade point average. The research instrument was a questionnaire on backgrounds and personal problems, and was developed by tile researcher. The Percentage, Chi-square Technique, t-test and Discriminant analysis technique with Stepwise Methods were used for data analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. There was significant difference in sex between probational and ordinary students (p < .05) in Faculty of Arts, Commerce and Accountancy, Polotical Science, Education, Economics and Total. And there was significant difference in residence while studying between probational and ordinary students (p < .05) in Faculty of Political Science, Education, Veterinary Science, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Science and Total. There was no significant difference in hometown between probational and ordinary students, (p > .05) 2. Discriminating variables which tend to be the characteristic of each group in each Faculty were: 2.1 Faculty of Engineering; Probational students: Personal problems in adjustment to college work, sex relations and vocational and educational future. Ordinary students: MS.5 cumulative grade point average and personal problem in activities and services in university.2.2 Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy; Probational students: Personal problem in vocational and educational future, number of brothers and sisters and father1ร education. Ordinary students: Personal problems in personality, health, MS.5 cumulative grade point average and number of brothers and sisters who had finished high school level. 2.3 Faculty of Science; Probational students: Father'ร education and personal problem in health. Ordinary students: Mother'ร education and number of brothers and sisters who had finished high school level. 2.4 Faculty of Political Science; Probational students: Personal problems in friend and social relations, and vocational and educational future. Ordinary students: MS.5 cumulative grade point average and personal problem in personality. 2.5 Faculty of Medicine; Probational students: Personal problem in adjustment to college work. Ordinary students: Personal problem in activities and services in university, number of brothers and sisters who had finished high school education and MS.5 cumulative grade point average. 2.6 Faculty of Veterinary Science; Probational students: Personal problem in adjustment to college work. Ordinary students: Personal problems in personality, vocational and educational future and MS.5 cumulative grade point average. 2.7 Faculty of Economics; Ordinary students: MS.5 cumulative grade point average. 2.8 Faculty of Law; Probational students: Personal problem in finance and mother's education. Ordinary students: Personal problem in activities and services in university. 2.9 Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science; Probational students; Father's education and personal problem in personality. Ordinary students: Mother's education, age and MS.5 cumulative grade point average. 2.10 Total; Probational students: Personal problems in adjustment to college work and finance. Ordinary students: MS.5 cumulative grade point average, personal problems in personality and activities and services in university. 3. The findings by t-test method in each faculty: 3.1 Faculty of Arts; Ordinary students have higher MS.5 cumulative grade point average than probational students, (p < .05) 3.2 Faculty of Architecture; Ordinary students have higher MS.5 cumulative grade point average than probational students, (p < .05) Probational students have more personal problems in adjustment to college work and vocational and educational future than ordinary students, (p < .05) 3.3 Faculty of Education; Ordinary students have higher MS.5 cumulative grade point average and more number of brothers and sisters who had finished high school level than probational students. (p < .05) Probational students have more personal problem in finance than Ordinary students (p <.05) 3.4 Faculty of Communication Arts; Probational students have more years of age and number of times taking the entrance examination than ordinary students, (p C.05) Ordinary students have higher MS.5 cumulative grade point average and more personal problem in activities and services in university than probational students. (p <.05) 3.5 Faculty of Dentistry; Ordinary students have higher., MS05 cumulative grade point average than probational students, (p <.05) Probational students have more personal problem in friend and social relations than ordinary students, (p <.05) 3.6 Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts; Ordinary students have more personal problem in friend and social relations than probational students, (p <.05) 4. Characteristic of Chulalongkorn University probational students: 4.1 Backgrounds Sex: male, Years of age: 20-22, MS.5 cumulative grade point average: 2.63, Residence: Bangkok with parents, Number of times taking the entrance examination: 1, The chosen rank of faculty: first or second, Number of brothers and sisters who were studying or finished high school level: 1-3, Parent1ร education: primary and secondary level. 4.2 Personal problems: Chulalongkorn University probational students have greatest personal problems in adjustment to college work, curriculum and teaching procedures, and vocational and educational future respectively. Probational students have least personal problem in home and family living. |
