Abstract:	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชาวภูไท และวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชาวภูไทเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่หมู่บ้าน โคกโก่ง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ในช่วงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ.๒๕๕๒ ถึงเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ.๒๕๕๓ โดยมุ่งศึกษากิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรม ๑๓ ชนิด ด้วยวิธีการสังเกตและสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน ๓๓ คน พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า แล้วนำเสนอเป็นความเรียง ได้แก่ ๑) กิจกรรมนันทนาการศิลปหัตถกรรม ๒) กิจกรรมนันทนาการการละเล่นพื้นบ้าน ๓) กิจกรรมนันทนาการการฟ้อนรำและกิจกรรมเข้าจังหวะ ๔) กิจกรรมนันทนาการพัฒนาจิตใจและความสงบสุข ๕) กิจกรรมนันทนาการการละคร ๖) กิจกรรมนันทนาการงานอดิเรก ๗) กิจกรรมนันทนาการดนตรีและร้องเพลง ๘) กิจกรรมนันทนาการทางสังคม ๙) กิจกรรมนันทนาการในโอกาสพิเศษ ๑๐) กิจกรรมนันทนาการภาษาและวรรณกรรม ๑๑) กิจกรรมนันทนาการอาสาสมัคร ๑๒) กิจกรรมนันทนาการสุขภาพและสมรรถภาพ และ ๑๓) กิจกรรมนันทนาการมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเห็นพ้องต้องกันว่า กิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชาวภูไท บ้านโคกโก่ง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ เป็นกิจกรรมที่กระทำในช่วงเวลาว่างอย่างสร้างสรรค์ สะท้อนลักษณะทางสังคม แนวคิด ความเชื่อ ค่านิยม และศิลปวัฒนธรรมของคนในท้องถิ่น ที่ยังคงรักษาอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน ก่อให้เกิดความสุขทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และพัฒนาสติปัญญาให้ดีขึ้น จากการวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่สามารถส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนภูไท ได้แก่ ๑) กิจกรรมนันทนาการศิลปหัตถกรรม ได้แก่ การทอผ้าแพรวา ซึ่งเป็นผ้าที่มีความวิจิตรงดงามของลวดลายและกรรมวิธีการทอที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ๒) กิจกรรมนันทนาการการฟ้อนรำและกิจกรรมเข้าจังหวะในงานบุญประเพณี เพื่อต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวผู้มาเยือน ๓) กิจกรรมนันทนาการการละคร ได้แก่ หมอลำ เป็นการแสดงที่ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวตำนานท้องถิ่นเพื่อความบันเทิงและช่วยยกระดับจิตใจของสมาชิกในชุมชนให้ดีขึ้น ๔) กิจกรรมนันทนาการในโอกาสพิเศษ ได้แก่ การเลี้ยงผีของหมอเหยาและงานบุญบั้งไฟตะไลล้าน จัดขึ้นเพื่อเสี่ยงทายความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของพืชผลการเกษตรในชุมชน ๕) กิจกรรมนันทนาการอาสาสมัคร ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นความสามัคคีของคนในชุมชน กิจกรรมนันทนาการดังกล่าวถือได้ว่าช่วยสร้างแรงจูงใจให้นักท่องเที่ยวที่สนใจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในชุมชนชาวภูไท ด้วยการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ วัฒนธรรมและขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีของท้องถิ่นผ่านกิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรมดังกล่าว ทำให้สมาชิกในชุมชนได้รับผลประโยชน์จากการท่องเที่ยว และทำให้ชาวบ้านหันมาเอาใจใส่ในการอนุรักษ์ ปกป้อง ฟื้นฟู และหวงแหนกิจกรรมนันทนาการเชิงวัฒนธรรมดังกล่าว อันเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่นให้ดำรงอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างยั่งยืนสืบไป
Other Abstract:	This qualitative study aimed to study and analyze the cultural recreational activities of Phu-Tai villagers in order to promote the tourism in Ban Khok Kong, Kalasin Province during December 2009 to May 2010, which focusing on 13 types of cultural recreational activities with the observation and interview of 33 specialist community members using data triangulation as follows: 1) Arts and crafts activities, 2) Local recreational games activities, 3) Dance and rhythmic activities, 4) Mental development activities, 5) Drama activities, 6) Hobby activities, 7) Music and singing activities, 8) Social activities, 9) Special events activities, 10) Language and literature activities, 11) Voluntary activities, 12) Health and fitness activities, and 13) Human relationship activities. The results revealed correspondingly that the cultural recreational activities of Phu-Tai villagers, Ban Khok Kong, Kalasin Province, were performed at their leisure time creatively; as a result, those activities reflected social characteristics, beliefs, values and local’s culture through which the villagers have been maintaining their cultural identity so far. Those cultural activities could reinforce physical, emotional, social happiness of members and develop their intelligence.Data analysis were found that cultural recreational activities that can promote the tourism in Phu-Tai community were; 1) Arts and crafts activities, such as Praewa silk weaving which reflected the refinement of its textile and weaving process as Phu –tai traditional style 2) Dance and rhythmic activities in religious ceremonies which were performed to welcome visitors.3) Drama activities, such as Mor Lum or northern eastern style singing an entertainment which recounts local myth and elevates the moral values of community members 4) Special events activities, such as the sacrifice of ancestral spirits of Mor Yao and a rocket festival which were performed to predict the abundance of agricultural product 5) Voluntary activities which reflected the cooperation of community members These activities could be regarded as an attraction for the tourists who were interested in cultural tourism at Phu-Tai community by experiencing the Phu-Tai’s way of life, local culture and traditions through cultural recreational activities. With management of community-based tourism, the villagers will gain some benefits and they will be aware of preserving, protecting, reviving their cultural recreational activities, as local cultural heritage, for perpetuating them in their community sustainably.
