| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมครูประถมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสาระและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533 และทดลองฝึกอบรมโดยใช้โปรแกรมที่สร้างขึ้น ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ผู้วิจัยสร้างโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมครูประถมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสาระและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533 เป็นชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยตนเอง จำนวน 7 เล่ม พร้อมทั้งสร้างแผนและแนวทางดำเนินกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม จำนวน 1 เล่ม การทดลองฝึกอบรม พบว่า 1) หลังการฝึกอบรมครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจสาระและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533 สูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมเท่ากับ 94.76 : 80.50 3) ครูผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ครูสามารถเรียนรู้สาระและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533 ควบคู่กับแผนและแนวทางดำเนินกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมได้เป็นอย่างดี |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to develop a training program for the elementary school teachers concerning the content and learning process of the elementary school curriculum B.E. 2533 and study the results of the implementation of the training program. Developed by the researcher, the training program for the elementary school teachers concerning and learning process of the elementary school curriculum B.E. 2533 included seven selfinstructional materials. The findings gained from the implementation were as follows: 1.After the training course had been completed, the knowledge towards the content and learning process of the elementary school curriculum B.E. 2533 of the trained teachers was increased with a statistical significance at the .01 level. 2. The efficient value of the training program was 94.76: 80.50 3. The trained teachers agreed that the training program was highly appropriate. 4. The trained teachers agreed that they could learn well about the content and learning process of elementary school curriculum B.E. 2533 by following the training plan and guidelines of the training activities of the training program. |
