dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการสอนสุขภาพอนามัยโดยใช้หนังสือการ์ตูนประกอบ ต่อความรู้ เจตคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียนที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นเด็กวัยเรียนที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง จำนวน 30 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุม ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มเพื่อจัดกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ทดลอง ได้แก่ บันทึกการสอนและหนังสือการ์ตูนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ความรู้ เจตคติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และแบบบันทึกการสังเกตการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียนที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยทดสอบก่อนและหลังการสอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.เด็กวัยเรียนที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้หนังสือการ์ตูนประกอบ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ เจตคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.เด็กวัยเรียนที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้หนังสือการ์ตูนประกอบ ภายหลังการสอนมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ เจตคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ สูงกว่าก่อนการสอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีอายุ 7 – 9 ปี กับ 10 – 13 ปี และระหว่างเพศชายกับเพศหญิง พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	This quasi – experimental research aimed aimed at studying the effects of health instruction by using the comic book on knowledge, attitude, and practice concerning health behavior of school age chronic patients. The sample groups were selected by random assignment method which were consisted of thirty school age chronic patients and divided into the experimental and control groups. The instruments used to collect data were lesson plan and comic book developed by the investigator; the interview structured instrument for knowledge, and attitude; and the observation instrument; concerning health behavior of school age chronic patients. Data were collected prior to and at the end of the teaching program. The major findings were as follows; 1. The school age chronic patients who were taught by using health instruction cooperated with comic book concerning health behavior demonstrated higher mean score in knowledge, attitude, and practice in health behavior than those who were taught by using the usual health teaching method at the .05 level of significance. 2. The school age chronic patients who were taught by using health instruction cooperated with comic book concerning health behavior demonstrated higher post – test mean score in knowledge, attitude, and practice in health behavior than the pre – test at the .05 level of significance, however no significant differences were found in comparing between 7 – 9 and 10 – 13 years of age groups; and between male and female groups.
