| Abstract: | ปัจจุบันนี้ ข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ในการตัดสินใจดำเนินงานทางธุรกิจ หรือใช้กำหนดนโยบายและเป้าหมายนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับผู้บริหารระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในภาวะตลาดที่มีความเคลื่อนไหวอย่างรวดเร็ว จึงมีการนำคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาใช้ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลประเภทต่าง ๆ ทางธุรกิจ ความก้าวหน้าของการนำเอาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาใช้ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลนี้ ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบการปฏิบัติงานแบบเดิม จึงจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงวิธีการปฏิบัติงานต่าง ๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์ ทั้งนี้ก็เพื่อให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อันเป็นผลกระทบกระเทือนไปถึงระบบบัญชี ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขให้สอดคล้องกับระบบการทำงานด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ ได้ศึกษาถึงการออกแบบระบบบัญชีสำหรับใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของศูนย์หนังสือจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเสนอระบบบัญชีที่เหมาะสมที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลทางการบัญชี ซึ่งจะได้นำไปเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อก่อให้เกิดความคล่องตัวในการปฏิบัติงาน และสามารถให้ข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อการตัดสินใจของฝ่ายบริหาร การดำเนินการศึกษา ได้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับลักษณะการดำเนินงานของศูนย์หนังสือจุฬาฯ การจัดโครงสร้างองค์การและการแบ่งส่วนงาน ศึกษารูปแบบของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงาน รวมทั้งขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน และทางเดินของเอกสารที่ใช้กันอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ในส่วนของการเสนอระบบบัญชีของศูนย์หนังสือฯ นั้น ได้เสนอผังบัญชี เพื่อให้มีการจัดหมวดหมู่บัญชีอย่างเป็นระเบียบ และกำหนดรหัสบัญชี เพื่อความสะดวกในการบันทึกรายการทางบัญชีด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ เสนอรูปแบบของเอกสารบัญชี รายงานทางการเงินที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ นอกจากนั้นได้กำหนดขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชีที่สำคัญ รวมทั้งทางเดินของเอกสารในเรื่องการควบคุมรายได้ การควบคุมเงินสด การควบคุมการจัดซื้อ การควบคุมสินค้าคงเหลือ การควบคุมการจัดซื้อสินทรัพย์ถาวร การควบคุมเงินเดือนและค่าแรง และการควบคุมการบันทึกบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป ที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยอัตโนมัติ วิทยานิพนธ์ที่เสนอนี้ ผู้เขียนหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า จะสามารถเป็นแนวทางแก่ฝ่ายบริหารทางศูนย์หนังสือจุฬาฯ และบุคคลที่สนใจทั่วไป เพื่อที่จะนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนและการออกแบบระบบบัญชีให้สอดคล้องกับระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งต้องคำนึงถึงการควบคุมภายในที่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะของการประมวลผลข้อมูลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ |
| Other Abstract: | Nowadays, the information which a business has used in the decision-making process on how to establish strategic plans or goals is very important for high-ranking administrators especially during a rapid flux in the market situation. Consequently, computers are applied in processing business data. The computer application for data processing directly affects the change in the existing system of a business. Moreover, it is also necessary to develop a relevant framework for a computerized system in order to make business operations effective. Therefore, the accounting system needs to be improved or changed to accommodate the implementation of the computerized system. This thesis is a study of the design of computerized accounting system as used by Chulalongkorn University Bookstore. The purpose is to provide an appropriate accounting system for computer data processing so as to create competency in work and efficiency in the provision of reliable information to help in the decision making of administrators. The methodology of the study emphasizes the operation of the bookstore, its structure and its organization, the documentation including the operational process and the current flows of the documents. In providing a suggested accounting system for the bookstore, this thesis presents accounting records that are appropriate for computerization and the format of accounting documents and financial reports processed by the computer. Furthermore, this section also defines the accounting process and its operation including the flow of documents concerning revenue, cash, purchase, inventory, assets acquisition and payroll controls as well as the control of the general ledgers recording automatic processing by computers. I hope very much that this thesis will be useful as an introductory guideline for administrators at Chulalongkorn University Bookstore and for other people who are interested in planning and designing accounting systems commensurate with a computerized framework system. In addition I hope there will be an awareness of internal control and data processing. |
