| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดระบบสารสนเทศในสำนักงานสามัญศึกษาจังหวัด เขตการศึกษา 7 แบ่งออกเป็น 6 ประเด็น ตามขั้นตอนการจัดระบบสารสนเทศของเมอร์ดิกค์และมันซัน ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการการใช้สารสนเทศ 2) การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของระบบสารสนเทศ 3) การกำหนดหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบงานสารสนเทศ 4) การกำหนดรูปแบบระบบสารสนเทศ 5) การดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด 6) การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานสารสนเทศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สิ่งที่สำนักงานสามัญศึกษาจังหวัดจัดเหมาะสมแล้ว ได้แก่ การกำหนดความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศของผู้ใช้ การดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ การจัดกลุ่มข้อมูล การกำหนดคุณสมบัติของสารสนเทศ การสร้างแบบเก็บข้อมูล การกำหนดระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาสารสนเทศ การประชาสัมพันธ์ การดำเนินงานให้บุคลากรในสำนักงานทราบ การติดตามการดำเนินงาน และการบำรุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศ ส่วนสิ่งที่สำนักงานสามัญศึกษาจังหวัดควรจัดให้มีหรือปรับปรุงแก้ไข ได้แก่ การกำหนดหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงาน การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานการจัดบุคลากรเพื่อรับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติงาน การจัดสรรงบประมาณ การดำเนินงานตามปฏิบัติการปฏิบัติงาน การจัดทำแผนภาพแสดงการเลื่อนไหลของสารสนเทศ การเตรียมความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบสารสนเทศให้แก่บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดระบบ การจัดวัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานและวิธีการประเมินผล |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to identify state and problems of the management of information system in the provincial general education offices, educational region seven. The study was divided into 6 parts according to Murdick with Munson’s stages of the management of information system, namely, 1) information needs analysis, 2) setting system objectives, 3) establishing the operational organization, 4) structuring the information system, 5) system implementation, and 6) evaluation. It was found that the provincial general education offices had properly organized the following : determining users’ information needs, objective implementation, data classification, determining information qualifications, coustructing forms, specifying the information retention period, informing the system operation to all personnel, monitoring the system, and system maintainance. While the areas that needed to be provided or improved included the following: establishing the operational organization, appointing the operational committee, assigning personnel to response the operation, allocating budgets, performing to meet the operational schedule, constructing the information flow chart, preparing knowledge of information system for personnel involving the system management, providing materials, equipment and facilities, appointing the evaluation committee, and the method of evaluation. |
