dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้และปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นในงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารง่ายวิชาการ จำนวน 106 คน และหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาทุกหมวดวิชา จำนวน 954 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่และหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นที่โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่นำมาใช้ในงานวิชาการ ประเภททรัพยากรทางบุคคลได้แก่ ศึกษานิเทศก์ นักวิชาการ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน ประเภททรัพยากรทางวัตถุที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นได้แก่ สถานที่ราชการ และสถาบันการศึกษาอื่น ประเภททรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติได้แก่ ดิน หิน แร่ และวนอุทยาน และประเภททรัพยากรทางสังคมในชุมชน ได้แก่ วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี และกิจกรรมในวันสำคัญ ลักษณะการใช้ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น ทรัพยากรทางบุคคลโรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในลักษณะขอคำปรึกษาหรือข้อเสนอแนะ และเชิญเข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการวางแผนและพัฒนางานวิชาการ ส่วนทรัพยากรทางวัตถุที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นใช้ในลักษณะ ขอยืมเอกสารทางวิชาการ มอบหมายให้นักเรียนศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง และศึกษานอกสถานที่ สำหรับทรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติ ใช้ในลักษณะเป็นวัสดุประกอบการเรียนการสอน และทัศนศึกษา และทรัพยากรทางสังคมในชุมชนใช้ในลักษณะมอบหมายให้นักเรียนศึกษาค้นคว้าเพิ่มเติมด้วยตนเองและเป็นผู้สังเกตการณ์ ปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น ปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรทางบุคคลที่โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ประสบ คือ ทรัพยากรมีจำนวนน้อย และอยู่ห่างไกล ส่วนปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรทางวัตถุที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้น คือ ปริมาณมีจำนวนจำกัด และระยะทางห่างไกล สำหรับปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติ คือ ไม่มีความปลอดภัย และระยะทางห่างไกล ปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรทางสังคม คือ ขาดการอนุรักษ์เพื่อการศึกษาและปัญหาการดำเนินการใช้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนขาดข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแหล่งทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นและการวางแผนการใช้ และการควบคุมนักเรียนเดินทางไปศึกษาไม่สะดวก-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were to survey the utilization and problems of utilizing local resources for academic tasks in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis 106 deputy school principals for academic affairs and 954 subject heads were research samples. Questionnaire was used as research instrument. Frequency by count and percentage were used for data analysis. Research findings were as follows: With regards to the types of local resources being utilized in most schools, it was found that human resources mostly utilized were educational institutions. Soil, stone, minerals and forests were utilized as natural resources, while social resources were culture, tradition and important days. Concerning utilization characteristics, it was identified that human resources were used for giving advice, or recommendations, participating in committee work and planning for academic development. As for man-made resources, utilization was mostly in the forms of lending of academic materials, self-study assignment and field-trip. Concerning natural resources, the utilization were used as part of instructional materials and field-trip. In terms of social resources, the utilization was by assigning students to study by themselves and observing activities organized in society. Problems resulted from utilization of local resources faced by most schools were limited and distant resources for human resources, limited quantity and remote distance for man-made resources, safety and remote distance for natural resources and lack of conservation for social resources. Problems of utilization of local resources were lack of information and planning to utilize the local resources as well as the difficulties to take the students for field-trip.-
