| Abstract: | ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัยเด็กวัยอนุบาล ของโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูประจำชั้นอนุบาล 320 คน จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน สำนักงานการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันราชภัฎ และผู้ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ 61 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต และแบบสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพ ครูประจำชั้นอนุบาลส่วนใหญ่จัดบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตให้กับเด็ก รองลงมาคือ ครูดูแลกำจัดขยะภายในและภายนอกห้องเรียน และดูแลความปลอดภัยในอาคารเรียน ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือ โรงเรียนขาดงบประมาณในการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อม และห้องเรียนมีพื้นที่ไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนเด็ก 2. ด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพ ครูประจำชั้นอนุบาลและผู้ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพมีการประเมินสุขภาพเด็ก โดยการตรวจสุขภาพเด็กมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ โรงเรียนจัดอาหารและโภชนาการ โดยเน้นคุณค่าและปริมาณของอาหารที่เหมาะสมกับเด็ก ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือ มีแพทย์มาตรวจสุขภาพเด็กไม่สม่ำเสมอ และครูไม่สามารถติดตามเยี่ยมเด็กที่ป่วยได้ 3. ด้านการสอนสอดแทรกสุขศึกษาและการแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ ครูประจำชั้นอนุบาลส่วนใหญ่สอนสอดแทรกความรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ ไปกับประสบการณ์จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน เรื่องที่ครูแนะนำมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การให้เด็กล้างมือก่อนรับประทานอาหาร และการให้เด็กแปรงฟันหลังรับประทานอาหาร ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือ ครูส่วนน้อยไม่ได้รับคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับ การสอนสอดแทรกสุขศึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และผู้ปกครองบางคนไม่ให้ความร่วมมือ |
| Other Abstract: | To study the state and problems of health promoting of preschool children in Bangkok Metropolis. The research samples composed of 320 preschool teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Commission, the Office of the Private Education Commission, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the Ministry of the University Affairs and the Office of Rajabhat Institutes Council and 61 public health personnel. Data collection methods included questionnaires, interview, observation and survey. The findings were as follows 1. Healthful School Environment: Most preschool teachers were found to manage classroom atmosphere concerning children's mental health. Next, the teachers looked after waste both indoor and outdoor classroom and safeguarded school surroundings. Most problems found included schools lack of budget for physical environment adjustment and classroom space inadequate for the amount of children. 2. School Health Service: Most preschool teachers and public health personnel were found in appraising children health by health examinations. Next, the schools provide value and quality of food and nutrition suitable for children. Most problems found included medical examinations on children' s health were done irregularly and preschool teachers could not visit sick children. 3. Health Education Instruction: Most preschool teachers were found to teach health education as a part of many activities during the day. And most teachers gave guidance about children's washing their hands before eating and brushing their teeth after eating. Most problems found included a minonly number of preschool teachers were not recived information from health service personnel and some parents were not cooperated. |
