| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เจตคติของนักการเมืองไทยต่อปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเจตคติของนักการเมืองไทยต่อปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศ ซึ่งจำแนกตาม อายุ สถานภาพสมรส เพศของบุตร ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทางการเมือง ตำแหน่งในพรรค และระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศ ประชากรที่ทำการศึกษาคือ สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรที่ผ่านการเลือกตั้งและดำรงตำแหน่งในรัฐสภาอยู่ในช่วงเวลาที่ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษา คือ กรกฎาคม – ธันวาคม 2537 จำนวน 360 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงและความเชื่อมั่น เก็บข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์และได้รับการตอบกลับจำนวนทั้งสิ้น183 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.83 ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1.นักการเมืองไทยส่วนใหญ่ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.16 รองลงมาคือนักการเมืองที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศอยู่ในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.84 2.นักการเมืองมีเจตคติต่อปัญหาเด็กถูกระทำทารุณทางเพศในทางบวกในระดับปานกลางและมีเจตคติต่อการแก้ปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศ การออกกฎหมายคุ้มครองเด็กและลงโทษผู้ที่กระทำทารุณทางเพศเด็ก การออกกฎหมายเพื่อกำหนดบทบาทและหน้าที่ในการช่วยเหลือเด็กแก่บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องและองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในทางบวกระดับปานกลางทั้ง 3 ด้าน 3.เจตคติของนักการเมืองไทยต่อปัญหาเด็กถูกกระทำทารุณทางเพศ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาที่เป็นส.ส. และระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อปัญหาเด็กถูกระทำทารุณทางเพศ แต่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ เพศ สถานภาพการสมรส เพศของบุตร และตำแหน่งในพรรค |
| Other Abstract: | This research was designed to study the attitude towards child sexual abuse of Thai politicians and to study factors influencing such attitude of Thai politicians classified by age, marital status, sex of offsprings, level of education, political experience, rank in political party and level of knowledge in child sexual abuse issues. 360 Thai representatives ranked in the parliament during July-December 1994 were the target population. The research instrument was the questionnaire that had been validated and tested for reliability. Questionnair was sent by mail and 183 (50.83%) of them were responsed. The major findings were: 1.Most of Thai politicians (90.16%) had knowledge about child sexual abuse problem in moderate level, and 9.84% of them had such kwowledge in high level. 2.Thai Politicians had positive attitude towards child sexual abuse problem in moderate level. They also had moderate level, positive attitude towards 3 related issues ; 1) solution of such problem, 2) enacting the law protecting sexually abused children and punishing the perpetrators and 3) enacting the law to determine the role and responsibility of related personnel and agencies in protecting sexually abused children. 3.There were statistically significant differences at .05 level among attitude of Thai politicians towards child sexual abuse problem when classified by level of education, political experience and level of knowledge in child sexual abuse issue. However, there was no statistically significant difference at .05 level when classified by age, sex marital status, sex of offsprings and rank in political party. |
