dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจและทัศนคติ ที่มีต่อสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของหน่วยพักอาศัย (ทาวน์เฮ้าส์ 2 ชั้น) และองค์ประกอบชุมชนที่พักอาศัยของผู้ที่อาศัยในบ้านจัดสรรโครงการขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ ในย่านบางบังทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยทำการประเมินความรู้สึก ทัศนคติ และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อกายภาพที่ทำการศึกษา ด้วยการใช้มาตรการประเมินต่าง ๆ ที่แบ่งระดับความรู้สึกไว้ 5 ขั้น เปรียบเทียบทั้ง 3 ขนาดโครงการ เพื่อที่จะสามารถหาองค์ประกอบของสภาพแวดล้อมที่ผู้อยู่อาศัยมีความพอใจหรือไม่พอใจ และจะได้เสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงเพื่อสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นให้กับผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการจัดสรรโดยเอกชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคม การศึกษา ทางเศรษฐกิจ ของผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการทั้ง 3 ขนาดมีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกัน 2. การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจพบว่า 2.1 หน่วยพักอาศัยผู้ที่อยู่อาศัยในโครงการขนาดเล็ก จะมีทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจมากกว่าโครงการขนาดกลาง และโครงการขนาดใหญ่ตามลำดับ โดยรู้สึกว่าแข็งแรงกว่า ฝีมือก่อสร้างดีกว่า ราคาเหมาะสม จำนวนห้องนอน ห้องน้ำเพียงพอ ขนาดพื้นที่ใช้สอยเพียงพอ แต่ทั้ง 3 ขนาดโครงการ ผู้อยู่อาศัยยังไม่พอใจในเรื่อง 2.2 องค์ประกอบชุมชนพักอาศัย ผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการขนาดกลาง จะมีทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจมากกว่าโครงการขนาดใหญ่ และโครงการขนาดเล็กตามลำดับ โดยรู้สึกว่าในเรื่องชุมชนโดยรวม รู้สึกว่าไม่แออัด ปลอดภัย ในเรื่องสวนสาธารณะรู้สึกว่าร่มรื่น ปลอดภัย อยู่ใกล้และมีบริเวณเพียงพอ ในเรื่องระบบประปา ระบบไฟฟ้า การระบายน้ำข้างถนน และการดูแลชุมชน รู้สึกว่าดีกว่าโครงการขนาดใหญ่และขนาดเล็กแต่ทั้ง 3 ขนาดโครงการรวมกัน ผู้อยู่อาศัยยังมีความรู้สึกในระดับที่ว่าสวนสาธารณะยังแห้งแล้ง มีบริเวณน้อย ระบบระบายน้ำ และการดูแลชุมชนยังไม่น่าพอใจ 3. ความต้องการของผู้อยู่อาศัยใน 3 ขนาดโครงการมีความต้องการมากกว่าร้อยละ 50 ในเรื่อง 3.1 บริการโทรศัพท์สาธารณะ 3.2 บริการคลินิกในหมู่บ้าน 3.3 โรงเรียนอนุบาลเรียงตามลำดับ-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research is to carry out a comparative study of the residents’ satisfaction and attitude towards environments of the housing units (two storeyed townhouses) and community components among small, medium and large scale housing projects in Bangbuathong area of Nonthaburi province by using measures that devide the feeling into 5 levels to evaluate all three scale housing projects in order to find out the compoments of satisfactory and unsatisfactory environments and to propose the ways to improve those compoments for better life quality of the residents in private sector housing projects. The research result shows that 1. Social, educational and economic backgrounds of the residents in those three scale housing project are similar 2. The comparison of satisfaction reveals that, 2.1 for housing units, the residents in small scale housing projects have better attitude and satisfaction than the residents in medium and large scale housing projects respectively, thinking that the housing units are stronger, better built, and have reasonable prices and adequate bedrooms, bathrooms and using area. However, the residents in all three scale housing projects are unsatisfied that bathrooms andtoilets are rather without air, musty and too small. In addition the residents are unsatisfied the low quality of the construction material 2.2 For community componemts, the residents in medium scale housing projects have better attitude and satisfaction than the residents in large and small scale housing projects respectively. They think that the community as a whole is uncrowded and safe, and parks in the projects are shady, safe, near and have adequate area. They think water supply systems, electricity systems and street side water drainage are better than those in large and small projects. However, the residents in all three scale housing projects still think that parks in their projects are drought and too small. Moreover, drainage systems and community maintenance are unsatisfactory. 3. For demands of the residents, more than 50 percent of the residents in all three scale projects desire the followings : 3.1 public telephone service 3.2 community clinics 3.3 Kindergarten schools respectively.-
