| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานครูของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็กในกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานครูของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูวิทยาศาสตร์ 235 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานครูของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานครูของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทุกขนาด ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study and compare the satisfaction in teacher tasks of science teachers in the large, medium and small size secondary schools, Bangkok Metropolis. The instrument used in this research as questionnaire concerning satisfaction in teacher tasks constructed by the researcher. The sample were 235 science teachers obtained by stratified random sampling from 41 secondary governmentschools with different sizes, Bangkok Metropolis. The obtained date were analysed by means of arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The comparison of the arithmetic mean were tested by t-test. The research findings were as follows; 1. Satisfaction in teacher tasks of science teachers in secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis were at the moderate level. 2. Satisfaction in teacher tasks of science teachers in secondary school with different sizes were not statistically different at the 0.05 'level of significance. |
