| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตกับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของทหารในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยมีรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการทหารสังกัดหน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส33 จำนวน 200 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานและรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบหลีกหนีปัญหา แต่ในขณะเดียวกันความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาและแบบการแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ในส่วนของรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาและแบบการแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคมนั้น มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน และในขณะเดียวกันรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบหลีกหนีปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน นอกจากนี้ผลการวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรส่งผ่าน พบว่าความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตส่งผลโดยตรงต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน ในระดับ - 0.35 และความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตส่งผลทางอ้อมผ่านรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาไปยังความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน ในระดับ - 0.10 ตลอดจนความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตส่งผลทางอ้อมผ่านรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบหลีกหนีปัญหา ไปยังความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน ในระดับ - 0.14 รวมทั้งความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตส่งผลโดยรวมต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าเท่ากับ - 0.59, p < .001 ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่ารูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาและแบบหลีกหนีปัญหาเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้สึกสอดคล้องกลมกลืนในชีวิตกับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน และรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาแบบการแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคมไม่เป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านในความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าว |
| Other Abstract: | This study aims to investigate the relationship between sense of coherence and work stress of militiamen in the three southern border provinces with coping styles as mediating variables. Participants consisted of 200 militiamen working for Unit 33, Narathiwas Province. Results indicated that the sense of coherence had negative association with both work stress and an avoidance coping style. In contrast, the sense of coherence had positive association with problem-focused and social support seeking coping styles. Additionally, problem-focused and social support seeking coping styles were found to be negatively correlated with work stress, whereas an avoidance coping style was positively associated with work stress. Findings from the mediation analysis showed that the sense of coherence had a direct impact on work stress and also had an indirect impact on work stress via the problem-focused coping style. The sense of coherence also had an indirect impact on work stress via the avoidance coping style. In conclusion, problem-focused and avoidance coping styles mediate the relationship between the sense of coherence and work stress. |
