dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคม สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 7 โดยใช้ทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมทางสังคมขององค์การตามแนวคิดของ เกทเซลส์ และ กูบา ( Jacob W. Getzels and E.G. Guba ) ซึ่งโรเบอรต์ พี โมเซอร์ ( Robert P. Moser ) ได้นำมาจำแนกแบบภาวะผู้นำออกเป็น 3 แบบ ได้แก่ ผู้นำที่ยึดสถาบันเป็นหลัก ผู้นำที่ยึดบุคคลเป็นหลัก และผู้นำที่ยึดการประสานประโยชน์เป็นหลัก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โดยส่วนรวมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคม สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 7 มีภาวะผู้นำที่ยึดการประสานประโยชน์เป็นหลักมากที่สุด รองลงไปคือ แบบยึดบุคคลเป็นหลัก และแบบยึดสถาบันเป็นหลักตามลำดับ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ เกี่ยวกับแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคมทั้ง 3 แบบ ดังกล่าว ปรากฏว่า ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research were to study and compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning leadership styles of administrators of life quality and social development in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region VII. The conceptual framework of the research included three leadership styles; Nomothetic, Idiographic and Transactional, adapted from the social behavior organizational theory of Jacob W. Getzels and E.G. Guba by Robert P. Moser. The research findings revealed that the leadership styles of the administrators of life quality and social development in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region VII were mostly transactional, followed by nomothetic and Idiographic styles respectively. It was also found that the administrators and teachers opinions concerning leadership styles of administrators of life quality and social development in secondary schools were significantly different at the .05 level.
