| Abstract: | ศึกษาคุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในขั้นเรียนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครู ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน และศึกษารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ ของคุณภาพงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ ครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน และมีรายงานการวิจัยจัดเก็บอยู่ที่สำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 303 คน แหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ครูผู้วิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน และรายงานการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน แบบสอบความสามาถด้านวิธีวิทยาการวิจัย และแบบประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยตัวแปรแฝงภายนอก 4 ตัว คือ ภูมิหลัง แรงจูงใจภายใน แรงจูงใจภายนอก และสมรรถภาพการวิจัย ตัวแปรแฝงภายใน 1 ตัว คือ คุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติเบื้องต้น การวิเคราะห์ t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. คุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักการศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกันตาม เพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการสอน แต่มีความแตกต่างกันตามระดับการศึกษา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 3. โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของคุณภาพงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-square) เท่ากับ 26.38; p=.82 ที่องศาอิสระเท่ากับ 34 และค่า GFI เท่ากับ .99 ค่า AGFI เท่ากับ.97 และค่า RMR เท่ากับ .027 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R SQUARE) เท่ากับ .43 ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลรวมต่อ คุณภาพของงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนสูงที่สุด คือ ตัวแปรแรงจูงใจภายนอก |
| Other Abstract: | To study the quality of classroom action research of elementary school teachers under the Department of Education, Bangkok Metroplis, to compare the quality of classroom action research among teachers with different statuses, and to study causal relationships of the quality of classroom action research. The sample consisisted of 303 elementary school teachers under the Department of Education, Bangkok Metropolis. The research instruments were questionnaires research-abilities test and classroom action research-qualification-evaluation form. There were 4 independent latent variables (background, internal motivation, external motivation and research ability) and one dependent latent variable (quality of classroom action research). Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and the analysis of structural equation model using LISREL Program were performed. The main findings were as follows: 1. The quality of classroom of the teachers under the Department of Education, Bangkok Metropolis was in the middle level. 2. Sex, ages and experience in teaching were not significant for the quality of classroom action research but educational level was significant at .05. 3 The quality of classroom action research model was fit to the empirical data with X2=26.38: p=.82, df=34, GFI=.99, AGFI=.97, and RMR=.027. This model accounted for 43.0 percent of variance in the quality of classroom action research. The variable that had highest total effects on quality of classroom action research was external motivation. |
