| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสมรรถนะในการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนด้านการจัดการวงโยธวาทิตของผู้ควบคุมวงโยธวาทิต ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อวิเคราะห์งานและสมรรถนะของผู้ควบคุมวงโยธวาทิต ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 6 ท่าน เกี่ยวกับงาน ขอบเขตงาน กิจกรรมที่ต้องดำเนินการในแต่ละงาน สมรรถนะของผู้ควบคุมวงโยธวาทิตในแต่ละงาน ตลอดจนพฤติกรรมที่แสดงถึงสมรรถนะนั้นๆ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ขั้นตอนที่ 3 สอบถามความคิดเห็นผู้บริหารและผู้ควบคุมวงโยธวาทิต จำนวน 106 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีวงโยธวาทิต จำนวน 53 โรงเรียน เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะและพฤติกรรมที่แสดงถึงสมรรถนะนั้นๆ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งสร้างจากผลการสัมภาษณ์ในขั้นตอนที่ 2 วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและหาค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะในการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนด้านการจัดการวงโยธวาทิตของผู้ควบคุมวงโยธวาทิต ควรมี 15 สมรรถนะ โดยสมรรถนะที่มีความสำคัญในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ สมรรถนะในการทำงานเป็นทีม สมรรถนะในการจูงใจ สมรรถนะในการประเมินผล สมรรถนะในการมอบหมายงาน สมรรถนะด้านดนตรีโยธวาทิต สมรรถนะในการวางแผน สมรรถนะที่มีความสำคัญในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ สมรรถนะในการจัดองค์การ สมรรถนะในการตัดสินใจ สมรรถนะในการแก้ปัญหา สมรรถนะในการให้คำปรึกษา สมรรถนะในการประสานงาน สมรรถนะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ สมรรถนะในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ สมรรถนะในการสื่อสาร สมรรถนะในการติดตามงาน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the competency of music directors in managing the concert and marching band of the extra large secondary schools, Bangkok Metropolis. The research was processed with 3 different stages. The first stage : Bodies of knowledge concerned were studied to analyze music directors' jobs and competencies. The second stage : six experts were interviewed on the scope of work, list of activities to be performed in each task, and competencies of any music directors including behaviors relating to each competency. The tool used in this stage was a structured-interview form. The third stage : investigate the opinions of 53 school administrators and 53 music directors of 53 schools having concert and marching on behaviors expressing music directors' competencies base on the information obtained from those six experts. The collected data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. According to this study, the highly recommended important competencies of the music directors shouldbe 1) Teamwork 2) Motivation 3) Evaluation 4) Delegation 5) Western Music 6) Planning 7) Organizing 8) Decision Making 9) Problem Solving 10) Consulting 11) Coordinating 12) Analytical Thinking 13) Creative Thinking 14) Communication 15) Follow Up, consecutively. |
