| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการประเมินผลความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ระหว่างครูภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นเจ้าของภาษาและไม่ใช่เจ้าของภาษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภทคือ (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรครู ได้แก่ ครูภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นเจ้าของภาษาจำนวน 23 คน และครูภาษาอังกฤษที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าของภาษาจำนวน 23 คน ที่ทำการสอนภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ในภาคปลายปีการศึกษา 2534 และ (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคปลายปีการศึกษา 2534 ในโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒปทุมวัน จำนวน 8 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการทดสอบความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน 43 คน แบ่งนักเรียนเป็นกลุ่มสูงและกลุ่มต่ำแล้วจึงสุ่มมากลุ่มละ 4 คน ด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ (1) แบบสอบความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูด 3 ชุด : การเลือกบรรยายภาพ การบรรยายลำดับเหตุการณ์จากภาพและการบอกทิศทางจากแผนที่ (2) แบบประเมินผลความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูด ซึ่งมีเกณฑ์ในการประเมินผล 5 ด้านดังนี้คือ การออกเสียงคำศัพท์ ความคล่องแคล่ว ความถูกต้องทางโครงสร้างภาษาและผลสัมฤทธิ์ในงานที่ทำ และได้รับการตรวจแก้ไขจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่านในด้านความตรงตามเนื้อหา ความหมายของค่าระดับคะแนนในมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า และความถูกต้องทางภาษา นำข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้จากแบบประเมินผลมาวิเคราะห์โดยการหา ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้คือ 1. การประเมินผลความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ระหว่างครูภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นเจ้าของภาษาและไม่ใช่เจ้าของภาษาไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 2. การประเมินผลความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดสูง ระหว่างครูภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นเจ้าของภาษาและไม่ใช่เจ้าของภาษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 3. การประเมินผลความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารด้านการพูดต่ำ ระหว่างครูภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นเจ้าของภาษาและไม่ใช่เจ้าของภาษาไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to compare the evaluation in English oral communicative competence of mathayom suksa five students between native and non-native English teachers. There were 2 types of samples used in this study (1) the samples of English teachers:23 native English teachers and 23 non-native English teachers teaching English in government school under the jurisdiction of the General Education Department in the North-east in the 2nd semester, in the 1992 academic year and (2) the sample of 8 mathayom suksa five students of the Pathumwan Demonstration School studying in the 2nd semester, in the 1992 academic year from which 43 students were examined by English oral communicative competence test and were devided into high and low learning achievement groups, then 4 students from each group were selected by using simple random sampling technique. The instruments of this study were (1) The Oral Communicative Competence Test: pictures description, picture sequence narration and giving direction from the map. (2) The Oral Communicative Competence Evaluation Form which consisted of 5 evaluation criterions : pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, structural accuracy and task achievement. The instruments were determined by five specialists in content validity, meanings of each levels’ marking scale values, and language accuracy. Data collection was analyzed by using arithmetic means, standard deviation and t-test. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The evaluation of English oral communicative competence of Mathayom Suksa Five Students between native and non-native English teachers was not significantly different at the level of .05. 2. The evaluation of English oral communicative competence of Mathayom Suksa Five Students with high learning achievement in using English for oral communication between native and non-native English teachers was significantly different at the level of .05. 3. The evaluation of English oral communicative competence of Mathayom Suksa Five Students with low learning achievement in using English for oral communication between native and non-native English teachers was not significantly different at the level of .05. |
